I've come here A numerous of times & I've always had an amazing time,
Whomever the older caucasian lady was today that answered the phone at 3:34pm that I've just spoken to, tried to argue me up & down that I've never been here to play you all bowling game lanes for $2.50.
I stated that Yes Ma'am, I have twice about two to three months ago.
The other times, I had paid full price & tipped everyone, because I had been about three, or four times prior to the last two times.
The only reason that I was calling, is because it was A different price online to reserve then what I have for the hour & I/We just wanted by the game.
The lady that had answered the phone tried to make it seem like I was lying that I had played bowling for $2.50 per game.
So, I found My proof & I politely called right back to notify the lady of all of the details that I was looking at,
The lady was still denying the fact & wanted to say that I must have been with My kids, or A group of people & that she doesn't have any prices available & that that's still incorrect & that I've never been here before.
I had politely stated to the lady that I don't have any children & the last two times that I've come , I was by myself Ma'am.

So, as I was actually trying to call Her back to notify the lady that if someone else calls about the same thing,
I was trying to explain to Her that they must have the app.
The issue that was resolved with the lady's attitude is that you're not able to reserve with the app for the special,
You have to specifically walk in, which is fine Ma'am.

Yet, the lady had tried to argue with me that I was still not correct & everything that I'm looking at, I'm notifying the lady.
So, after I had explained & asked one more question like does everyoneindividually needs to download the app,
The lady response were well if you all don't download the app then you all won't be receiving any discounts with an attitude & hung up on me expeditiously.
I/We don't mind having to pay more, or the sale price,
I was just confused as to why it wasn't allowing me to reserve for the sale price that I have showing available.
So, now I know.

The only reason that I'm leaving this review isn't because of the price, it's strictly due to the lady trying to make me out to try to be A liar & stating that I've never come here to play bowling for $2.50 & then after I had explained for the fourth time & she finally found out that I was telling the truth,
She got upset & hung up on me & kept saying that I've never been there when I have numerous of pictures & videos that I've been numerous of times & each & every time that I had came prior to the last two times, My Family & I had spent the most Ma'am.
I understand that the customers aren't always correct,
Yet, today I was Ma'am.
Thank you Ma'am & I pray that you have A better day Ma'am & actually just tell someone that you're not for certain & don't try to argue with someone about where they have & haven't been prior Ma'am.

Everything that I've mentioned above is absolutely correct & I have been to you all numerous of times & everything & My family & I have spent A lot of money with you all numerous of times.

Now,
I will take full accountability & state that after rechecking on My part, it's actually not you all bowling Alley that I had come to revisit the last two times for the $2.50.
It's actually the bowling alley that's located near you.
So, that I will apologize & take full accountability for calling the wrong number accidentally today.
Yet, the lady who answered the phone today, never once apologized for Her behavior, or Her attitude towards me not one time.

Our recent visit this passed Thursday was the last time I would go and not write a review if the experience wasn't any better than my previous visits. First, let me say I really like this place. It has grown over the past several years. I want to see it succeed as I enjoy taking my family here. The arcade is huge for kids but honestly a bit too expensive. Attached is a photo of the screen on the kiosk where you buy credits for the arcade. Notice the 'no refunds and no change will be given' in the screen- what a HORRIBLE message to send a customer. So, I put in a $50 bill and want $30 in credits I'm now stuck with $50 of credits? What a scam. Some of the games provide for less than 2 minutes of play. Most recent visit 3 of the games were broken and had no signs on them- the Mario kart left player driving wheel steers to the right without trying, the fidget spinner game took credits 2x without allowing play and the 3rd player on Halo wouldn't allow for the grenade trigger to work while in play. That said, here is the disappointment in the restaurant. The dine-in experience has always been horrible for us. Not one time, not two times but 5 times. This last Thursday is what has been the same experience each time we have come: after being seated we waited nearly 15 minutes for a server to greet us and take a drink order. 15 minutes later drink order arrives and we place dinner order. Twenty minutes later half of our order comes out so half of our party just waited. Then 15 minutes later the other half of the order which was 2 personal pizzas arrived. We finished dinner before the gal asked us if we would like drink refills which we said yes and they never came. We waited 25 minutes after we were done with our meal for our bill. I paid and tipped the gal $20 cash for a $60 order so as to stop the negative energy progressing through the universe. Good grief this is the experience literally to the "tee" 5x in a row over the course of 3 years. I believe its how they run the restaurant to be honest. I can be patient and I understand that bad nights can happen in the service industry but this is just ridiculous. Do better please. This place has become another place where a family has to nearly pay an arm and a leg to habe a good time. Let's stop accosting families with expensive entertainment. You can male significant profit over time through repeat visits rather than sticking it to someone on a single visit. Come on...

I had my wedding ceremony/reception at Pinheads Bowling Alley in Fishers, IN 5.10.24 and it was absolutely AMAZING! The ceremony and meal was in the Alley Ale House and for the reception we were hosted in one of their 4 lane private bowling suites for 40 people. You might think, “Really? A bowling alley?” Hear me out: +Multiple Full Service Bars (no effort in dealing with finding a bartender or getting insurance) +Private Bowling Suites with 4 lanes dedicated to your party for the reception +Reasonable catering options that were DELICIOUS +Kid Friendly Environment +Amazing Staff +Staff provided set up amd tear down-all we had to do was bring decorations +Tables, Chairs, Plates, Flatware, linen napkins, random rustic decor and whiskey barrels all available without extra charge +No deposit +Easy booking and open availability (we were having a short notice wedding and started communication with the Alley less than 2 months in advance) +Reasonably priced for set up/tear down, catering, ceremony room, private bowling suite and shoes, facility made chalk board welcome signs, and more with everything for $5000 with a group of 40 people. We worked with 3 servers specifically (Anna, Tommi, & Melissa) but all the staff was so helpful, understanding, and accommodating. I felt like a Princess with how we were waited on hand and foot by our ladies. As many brides do, I was working my way through the room with guests and more than one time they came up to me to ask if I had eaten or if they needed to make me a plate from the buffet so I could take some time to myself. They were ALL so concerned and considerate of my BIG day I had a few happy tears regarding their huge part in it. The facility event coordinator (Ali) was present every step of the way, anticipating every possible need and maintained excellent communication both electronically and during in person meetings. During our prep meeting we were walking around the facility and I commented that I like a floral arrangement on a counter and she literally picked it up and carried it with us for the rest of the meeting. I have never experienced such unique, personalized customer service in my life. THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE BOWLING ALLEY, PEOPLE! Consider it! Best decision I ever stumbled upon...
