Take it from someone that makes decisions based from reviews, and someone that writes reviews.

I've been here for 3 separate things... tinting, lighting, and most recently truck wrapping.

They deserve a 5 star review on every aspect. Customer service, the product, and the application. I've been to several truck shops around Jackson, and it always seems like they are just trying to get you in the door to make a quick buck. Not Audio Solutions.

They talk to you because they genuinely have a love for what they do, and they respect it like art. I'm not just talking the front desk guy, I'm talking about the owner, the guys actually working on your ride, and OF COURSE the front desk guy.

There was a slight problem on my last visit with a product that I brought in. I generally had concerns about the job that had been done, and so I brought my truck back. Even though my problems was not because of Audio Solutions, they took care of me like I was family.

Audion Solutions: You have my respect, and you deserve so much more. Thank you for the work you do.

I needed a new radio due to ongoing issues with it. I previously visited four stores in the Jackson area who told me that they couldn't remove the old screen display and that the new one would have to be installed underneath it. That didn't make sense or sit well with me; plus I refused to settle for that since I'm willing to spend a lot of money for something that I plan on having for a very long time.

Audio Solutions was the last local location on my list, so I went to them with my issue. They looked at my wife's SUV and told me they could make it happen without hesitation. When the radio came in, they installed it; no problem. They even tinted my windows.

I'll be back in a few months to get my car upgraded!!

This company is absolutely wonderful!!! They saved my son’s truck because my son had really messed things up!! He was trying to install a subwoofer and cut some existing wires and nothing in his truck was working. Audio Solutions was so nice and caring!! They worked on his truck for hours trying to fix things. They were also trying to have his truck ready before my son had to go back to school after Christmas break!! Not only did they fix the mess my son had caused but they were able to connect his subwoofer. They really cared and wanted to get things right!! I would highly recommend this company!!!! Also encourage anyone that wants to attempt any audio in their vehicle to please let these professional’s do it first!! That’s what they are there for and they are great at...
