Juanita's Fashions & Formal Wear — Attraction in Florence

They were nice in assisting me while picking out a gown i made a choice and reserved by making a down payment but noone advised me that down payments were nonrefundable later I found a dress that was more suitable for my church wedding...less revealing... and another trainless dress for my reception. Both dresses I found online by a chinese manufacturer for a fraction of wanitas price I ordered shoes 2 dresses jewelry for 12 bridesmaids my veil and much more! I was still left needing a jr. Bridal gown...I plead with management to transfer my down payment to the jr. Gown instead of the initial bridal grown I had chosen for myself but I was told no refunds or transfer of payments were allowed so $400 was down the drain but my wedding remained a success. I regret my 9 bridesmaids gown purchase from wanita's could have saved $1450 by ordering from my chinese website. Their craftmanship was remarkable. Glad I cut out the middle man! Lost 400 but still saved...

If I could give this place a zero I would. I have visited Juanita's on 3 occasions. Everytime the staff seemed very much preoccupied with assisting customers with larger budgets once they asked and found out what I had to spend. I ordered two bridesmaid dresses and before they came in my wedding had to be postponed. The decision to postpone due to circumstances out of my control was emotional enough but when juanitas called and was informed I would not be picking up these dresses they were rude, sarcastic and very unprofessional. Coming from staff who has turned up their nose to me before it wasn't a shock but I have never seen worse customer service and do not believe anyone who thinks it's okay to portray their self that way and treat customers with disrespect, deserves a job. I do not recommend. I would rather go somewhere where I'm treated like a person not a profit for...

Wouldn't recommend this place at all my we was looking for a dress for my daughters pagent she's 5 and I was looking for other dresses while my husband (her dad) was helping her fix the dress and an old lady came up to him and said he cant be in there with her and he said it's my daughter and she said all the other men will want to ..didn't make any sense ..I would hate for a single father to go in there... not to mention a family had their kid in there trying on dresses without the curtain closed but she's more concerned about my daughters dad helping her...
