Rally House Florence — Attraction in Florence

I bought a Xavier shirt from Rally House Crestview Hills. After wearing it two times, the stitching on the arm completely fell out. I brought it to the Florence store and spoke to manager Barbie to get a replacement. Barbie told me that it isn’t Rally House’s fault, it is the manufacturers fault. I told Barbie I didn’t buy the shirt from the manufacturer, I bought it from Rally House. Barbie then asked if I had tags and a receipt, which I didn’t. I showed her my credit card statement with the purchase from two weeks ago. She refused to provide a replacement or take the shirt back. She said it was my fault that I wore it twice and washed it.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM RALLY HOUSE. THEY DO NOT BACK THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS. I am going to call the customer service line but I don’t have a lot of hope that they will be able to assist me any more than Barbie. TERRIBLE...

The store has SO much to offer, I love it. I was greeted when I came in, found what I needed and browsed, the only off-putting thing that happened was the young lady at the register literally did not acknowledge me when I came up, even after I quietly said "hi" thinking she didn't notice me.

She ended up calling up a friend/coworker to say something but she ended up telling him she'd "tell him later" and THEN she acknowledged and took care of my transaction. Whatever she was saying had nothing to do with me, clearly she heard some kind of news that distracted her - but it was so awkward, had I not really wanted my chosen item for an event, I probably would have probably just left after being ignored and looked over.

I was wanting to exchange for a different size but you didn't have a large. I asked if I could order one they said yes but no one there knew how to do it. So i just wanted a refund. My recite had two other things one it. The price of the item I wanted refunded was 69.99$. He said "so that will be 69.99 back to your card. I asked about the taxes as well at this time. He had trouble putting the paper roll (which ran out as he was printing the recite to sign for the return). Asked another employee to assist and they got it. It still only had the 69.99$ for the refund. Minus the taxes I paid. I asked again about it and he said He didn't know how to go back and do it. So I just left.
