Our first visit to the newly built sleep outfitter store located on Mall Rd in Florence, Ky yesterday proved to be destiny. After speaking with Nick we knew right away he was very knowledgeable and confident in everyone of their products. He answered and addressed all of my questions and concerns. After visiting multiple sleep stores to do further research in making sure that what we were buying was the right thing we knew Sleep Outfitters had our business. Nick welcomed us back and made the transaction process so easy. Nick is not pushy and does not apply any pressure in making a decision. He simply states the facts and hears the customer. We walked into Sleep Outfitters without the intent of purchasing anything! We just wanted to figure out our mattress comfort preference! Walking in, George Bruns, made us feel so welcomed! He walked us through each comfort line of Tempur-Pedic mattresses (which was what we wanted). Instead of buying online, which was our intent, we decided to keep our business local! My wife and I were expecting to shop at 3 or 4 mattress stores to find what we were looking for. Luckily, we stopped by Sleep Outfitters first and met George. George was genuine, easy to work with, and fun guy to be around. And when it came to mattresses, he knew his stuff. After listening to our needs, he got us into the right mattress and bed frame. When we brought up competing products, he was forthright in his assessment, and not once, did he bash competing products or resellers. George was our first and last stop.
