Great store with very nice product. I have shopped here in the past driving up from Bandon.

My issue yesterday was with the young sales associate. I walked in not wearing a mask. A few Minutes later my stepdaughter entered with my granddaughter and immediately was directed to put on a mask in a direct tone. We decided to Leave and not return.

Five minutes later I walked past the store and noted the same sales clerk communicating with what I thought was a customer At the counter UNMASKED. Wow!!! Really. I stepped Inside the store and asked why we were required to mask up and here you are five minutes later allowing a customer unmasked In your store. Her reply........She is not a customer but one of our artist. Huhhhh. So she is mask except from Oregon mandate laws. Shame on you.

I took my business to Their sister store across the street where the staff was much more professional...

Lady there was very passive aggressive I decided to take some pictures there were no sign to say not too within the store or when walking inside. The lady then asked me to take no more photos which I did say sorry and put my phone away. Which lead my mother to ask if any of the artist had an online shop or Etsy she proceeded to say no they were only exclusive to their store, and proceeded to follow us around the entire rest of our time making it an unpleasant shopping experience. My mother ran a boutique and some of the artists in this store were the same small artist we would buy from and sell to our customers we would also direct the customers to their online shops so I didn’t understand not crediting them or helping their small business...

I was visiting from Ireland and was browsing when I stopped to look at some pens. One of the "ladies" came up to me and started putting the hard sell on. I smiled and told her I was just looking. She got quite irate and said she'd walked the length of the store to come and assist me. Then she gave me a filthy look and went back to the till. I decided it was time to leave and her and her chum talked about me on my way out of shop. This was a totally shocking and embarrassing experience and everyone in all the other stores were lovely. This old bird needs fired though she probably owns the store and thinks it's her personal fifedom to treat people anyway she...
