Beach Better Golf Carts — Attraction in Florida

They started out well leaving cart early but jumping through hoops trying to verify insurance and license information was kind of a pain. But then we realized the second day that a golf cart in the area 30A was not a good fit for us. So we asked for them to come pick up cart on second day of rental, they never responded. The morning of their day we got a response and asked if we could return golf cart with charges already incurred and that a refund of last days be honored. They decided that we should have canceled days before visit, which makes no sense if you never seen area and these companies up sale their product but do not give you best high lights. 30A only has select areas to use a golf cart. The least of the places to visit near Destin Florida. Do not think this golf cart company cares to help out a vacationing family who was willing to pay for days used(which was one day), no refund offered or anything just told us we rented for week we keep until scheduled pick up. Not very customer friendly if you ask me. I am sure someone else would’ve rented golf cart if we returned it. I do not recommend this company and will not use them ever again upon my visits...

This company and its personnel were awesome. We needed a cart for 6 late last week and they were slammed bc of the 4th. We had waited to late to book but they even referred us to the competition to try to help us. Those 4 companies were also booked. Out of the blue they sent me a text on the day of our arrival to check on us to see if we had gotten a cart. We hadn’t but they offered a backup cart that was available unless needed for an emergency. Gave us a great rate and we had it as needed. Delivered and picked it up.
