Location is fairly excellent and priced well enough to accommodate 13 people. Community pools were awesome for the kids (and as a parent to not have to walk them all the way down to the beach every time they wanted to jump into water). Cleanliness left some things to be desired but overall it was a good experience.
The house is beautiful and easy to enjoy.
It is a gated location that does have private beach access with an easy 5 minute walk. No complaints from our reservation group. So if you're on the fence about this, don't worry about it.
For the owner - REPLACE THE COUCH PLEASE! It is not suitable to sleep on nor be advertised as a pull out couch. The springs in it are like Elvis - they left...

Arrived at knee deep on June 23 the air conditioner was not working properly but was eventually repaired, the place was dirty and apparently not cleaned very good.
