Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Florida

Just earlier I was starving and excited to order pizza. Decided I wanted that pizza that always reminds me of being a kid in the 80's and 90's. So I called Pizza Hut and placed my order and everything went smooth. The guy was nice and polite. He even took my credit card information and said he was charging me for the total amount. He then said the pizza would be to me between about 45-55 minutes.

Two hours go by and I'm starving now more than before. I finally call and speak to a polite woman who says she sees no record of my phone call and previous order. I of course was a bit taken back and consumed. Stumbling upon becoming upset. She explains that I was not in the delivery zone and should have been informed of that in my first call. That perhaps after my initial call they realized the error and cancelled my order. But nobody notified me. I was by my phone the entire time. I was peering out the front door for two hours anxiously awaiting a yummy pizza. But the pizza and never came. And the staff communicated to me that I had probably not been charged but never gave me the concrete answer I ask for. She was polite and apologetic. But that cannot excuse how they dropped my order and never let me know. Left me waiting hungry for two hours with no explanation and then when I call to inquire doesn't even acknowledge I had placed an order just two hours prior. I ordered my pizza over the phone came in to pick it up they could not find my order and when they did the woman did not wash her hands and went back to making food after taking several people's money she was wearing gloves but did not change them then when the guy that was making my pizza walked out he had what looked to be scabies going all the way up his arm with pimple like lesions so after waiting in the store for 20 minutes I waited 20 minutes before I came that's when they said it would be done so 40 minute total wasted because even though I laid my money on the counter once I seen the sores I did not want to touch the money also it just felt so dirty in there and it's stuck so I just turned around and walked out left my money laying on the counter instantly went and scrub my hands with hand sanitizer could not wait to get back to the condo to wash them before I had to go to another restaurant to get dinner from a...

We ordered our pizza and they told us they would have it delivered in 30-40 minutes but it took over an hour and that was fine until I opened the boxes and realized they gave us the wrong order. I then called to ask what had happened and they told us they would try to figure out and correct it. We waited a while and never heard from them. Also, two of the slices had a over-cooked bubble with absolutely no cheese. I called back and was told that we had ordered two medium cheese pizzas according to the order but I know we ordered two medium pepperoni. So I checked my receipt online and it doesnt describe the order at all. I also checked th receipt on the conformation email, it still doesn't describe my order.
