Sat. August 26th 2016 2pm to 5pm . I won't discredit anyones personal opinion but let me just explain OUR experience at Gametime. One, we were greeted right away within 5 seconds.(which is known to be a must do in a customer service aspect). Two, 15 bucks ALL YOU CAN PLAY. I personally don't care about winning tickets. It's the experience that counts for my kids. Three, 2 bud lights ,2 Heineken bottles and 2 kids drinks $14.31. WOW really, thats is CHEAP. Ulises the Bar tender was great ! Let's see..... it took 45 seconds to get my drink .Both times ! Blake ,he must be a Manager because he was on POINT! I watched him through out my time there and he was helping anyone and everyone that needed it! Great turn around guys and gals. Definitely encourage parents to bring their kids and enjoy. My family and I walked out and asked our self "Where to eat ?" We turned right back around and ate at Gametime. Food was great and waited 15-20 minutes for it. Great food. Just to add, I live my life on customer service and teach others for a living. 5 stars, hands down and I challenge anyone who has had a bad time prior to give it one more shot ! Taylor our waiter was GREAT ! THANK YOU ALL ! One more thing , I didn't want to come to this place at first. I forced myself because of my son. Great move and daddy saved the day. 😆

Horrible experience. I will stick to Dave and Busters you get what you pay for here honestly. Hats off to the cook for the burger and the curly fries. Told the manager on duty on this date/time (2/18/23 around 9:25PM) and he gets defensive when we told him the mozzarella sticks were burnt. They were borderline black and not golden brown you would think an easy fix to remove from bill or replace. First thing out of managers mouth, “that’s the way the mozzarella sticks are”. After he sees we aren’t going to go with that answer than says “ok, we will remove from bill. Sister ordered a basic margarita with flavor. Bartender made it beyond sour drinkable. My sister simply asked for it to be sweetened. Bartender rolls her eye and dumps the drink and begins talking smack to another employee loud enough we could hear her from our table. If employees don’t want to work especially on a slow night (easy money for them), send them home and save on the labor costs. Lastly, I wasted $50 for credits for my kids to play games and they left sorely disappointed. Many of the “circus style” games were missing items and you couldn’t finish with out it eventually timing out. Had 3 games double charge me. The bowling game was missing the bowling ball. About 1/4 of the games were “out of order”. If the manager was the way he was about the food it shows in the overall quality of the leadership on how your business is being run. As a business enthusiast. I would highly advise on the owner rehiring or retraining employees to focus on customer service soft skills and whoever is in charge of inventorying or working on the game components needs to be replaced. Gulf Coast Town Center does not lease this size of a place for cheap. If it keeps at its current trend it will continue to stay empty on crucial nights instead of at capacity and will eventually shutter. As a consumer, I would say your hard earned money is better spent elsewhere. For credits Bill No. 56-305383, food Bill No. 117158 If you want to make it right.

My last time at GameTime! I only went to this restaurant to obtain the GameTime's game card special, but the "company policy" for getting the GameTime's game card special is ridiculous. I ordered a traditional cheese pizza with pepperoni ($1.99 extra), which was terrible and greasy. Although the server was courteous and professional, the restaurant manager was not. Worst of all, they were unable to provide a pizza takeout box, thus the pizza was placed inside standard takeout plates. The game card comes with only 80 credits which isn't much. The arcade game surfaces and controls are not disinfected or cleaned between guests by the staff. I noticed several people coughing on the controls! If you're looking for a place to get sick, this is the place to go. I won't recommend this place, look elsewhere.

Stopped to pick up some game cards. Great choices in games, and lots of them. Nice place and never too busy.
