Mattress Firm New Halls Ferry — Attraction in Florissant

Lindy, the store manager is the kindest most genuine person ever! She cares for her customers above even herself and has ALWAYS gone exceedingly above and beyond to ensure her customers have an excellent experience and that their needs are met, even at her own expense. I had a couple issues with my health and not finding the right fit for my body but Lindy made sure I had the best mattress for my body and severe health issues (Lupus, prior cancer, degenerative disc issues as well as osteoarthritis, hip, neck, and back pain) and she was not concerned with anything but making sure I was happy and that my health was being helped with the mattress. I am so grateful for her, she is a HUGE blessing and an incredible asset to Mattress Firm.

That being said, PLEASE BE SURE you understand EVERYTHING about the entire process and purchase BEFORE YOU BUY because sometimes things get misunderstood and that is where issues can come into play (on both ends) so whether your "fault" or theirs, just for your sake and the sake of the associate/manager, please make for CERTAIN that you know everything about everything before you buy your bed.

Even tho there were some issues both on my end and on theirs, I can say that I do believe this store and Lindy especially have their customers very much as number one in their heart without a question.

I cannot say as I know this to be true for ALL mattress firm stores or the company as a whole, but for Lindy and her assistant manager Derek, this is the case!

I made my purchase from the highway 67 branch in Florissant, MO. I had initially planned to buy a different bed from a different store/company. But the salesperson seemed indifferent and acted like I was a bother, I decided to take my business elsewhere. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by the store manager, Ryan S. Ryan was AWESOME! He not only gave us his undivided attention, but was knowledgeable about the products, and answered all of our questions. He helped me find a bed comparable to what I was initially wanting. Ryan S. is exactly the type of salesperson a consumer wants. Knowledgeable, receptive, informative, professional, and caring. He truly wanted to give us a good buying experience, AND for us to be happy with our purchases! Now I’m just waiting for my bed delivery. I’m hoping the delivery and set up goes as well as my buying experience has gone. And now I plan on contacting RYAN S about purchasing a bed for my mother as well! I can recommend this store branch as a great place to go for your purchase. But again, I have not yet received my bed and hope the experience continues to be a good one...

I CANNOT say enough about the manager/regional manager, who also works through the Florisssnt store. RYAN has been with me, had my back through every step of my purchase, set up, and issues I’ve dealt with since getting my bed through Mattress Firm. After having my first mattress not work out, he helped me with my second choice. Because of some issues with the second mattress, which was beyond his control and had nothing to do with Mattress Firm, he still went out of his way to help me with a solution. Although I am still dealing with the mattress manufacturer, RYAN had stepped up yet again to assure me that if needed, he would intervene on my behalf. And that isn’t even part of his job! As a consumer, it’s MY job to do this footwork. However I did tell him if I continued to run into any issues, I would contact him.
