Great store for gear if you want to do the employees jobs while they chit chat at the back or ignore you from the front. So there are now lots of jerseys left down low because we had to keep working with the stick to get items down. Reese employee since 2021 didn't even acknowledge how it was wrong when brought to his attention during checkout while the nameless ones still chit chatting away in the back. Couple hundred $ to do their job. I'll definitely go somewhere else in the future. Here's the pole we used and we were at least nice enough to hang stuff within reach that didn't fit. I returned them but because I had my card replaced due to fraud they could not refund my money the conventional way. I was given a customer service number which I called after not receiving my $98 refund for over 2 months. Every time I opened a case they would close it and tell me they needed more info. All I had was the receipt they gave me. Then the last case they closed said they sent me the refund and an email with the detail of the refund. Neither of those claims are true.

The two ladies working at the counter never left the counter to help until I was ready to check out, at which time they decided to split. After having to wait at the counter for said employees to return when no one else was in the store, the woman who took my money literally asked for my email and gave me my total, nothing else. The little things like “did you find everything okay” and Hi, how are you doing” goes a long way in the customer service field. I will not be going back to this location...
