Folly Beach Golf Cart Rentals — Attraction in Folly Beach

Our first visit to Folly Beach in Sept’23 and we decided to rent a cart for a few hours. Everything with the rental went fine until we left and I realized about a hour down the road that I forgot my prescription glasses in the cart. I had the rental agreement with the cart # so I called and spoke to Whitney and she went to the cart and saw where they had slid to the front of the compartment and offered to drop them in the mail to me. I offered to pay for shipping but she graciously stated that she would send them. A couple weeks later I still had not received them so I called again and spoke to David, he stated that he’s the owner and didn’t see them but that he would speak with Whitney and call me back. I didn’t receive a call back so I called again, a few days later, and spoke to Whitney and she stated that she dropped them off at the Post office, the day after I left them, and that she will go back to the post office and see if they have them since she didn’t have a tracking # or any proof of mailing.

Needless to say she never called me back and still no glasses so my $60 golf cart adventure at Folly Beach Golf Cart Rental turned into a $360 excursion! If you decide to rent from them, don’t leave anything in their carts because the possession is 9/10th the law...

FB Golf Cart went above and beyond for our birthday staycation Labor Day weekend!

Due to the strict golf cart laws, we can’t bring our golf cart from Summerville when we spend the weekend at the beach. In the past, it felt silly to rent one. We were dead wrong. The only way to truly experience the beach is by golf cart and you can’t go wrong renting from FB Golf Carts.

Our entire group was born and raised in the Lowcountry, coming to Folly thousands of times over the years but having a cart for the weekend introduced all of us to areas of the island we hadn’t explored before.

Whitney, Carrie, Ben and all of the staff were top notch and answered every silly question we had.

The rental, pick up and drop off process is so easy, no hassle! Carts were clean and in great shape.

LSV is the way to go. It pays off in time you can use the cart because you aren’t locked into being back at the house at sunset. The extra safety features - seatbelts, blinkers and breaks, are also a big plus for the busy island.

Folly Beach Golf Cart Rental is fantastic! We were able to walk to the Rental place from our condo and once we got there we had the pleasure of meeting Whitney who was already for us when we arrived. She took one look at us 4 friends and immediately suggested a different golf cart to make it more comfortable for us..at NO additional cost! Whitney also gave us suggestions for restaurants and bars and she's pretty well known at Folly Beach. Having the golf cart to get around Folly Beach was perfect! There was always a parking spot for a golf cart. Returning the cart was a breeze as well. All we needed to do was drop it off and leave the key in the box after hours. Our entire experience was great and we will definately be back to rent again with Folly Beach Cart Rental. ...
