Wow. Used to LOVE Drop In when it was under different owners. Whoever manages the place now obviously is NOT from Folly. What an actual shame. Service was actually rude as hell. I’ve never been treated so coldly except by the bartender Lisa. I’m taken aback. I’m surprised someone like that has a job. Ruined my 20th anniversary by being snarky. The food was overpriced for how awfully prepared it was. I’ve been to Drop In for 4 years. I’m not sure why things have changed. It’s super sad I’m not gonna lie. They’ve tried their breakfast and coffee to draw people in but the quality has dipped exponentially and the people that work there seem to dip in quality more and more. What even happened to manager Mary only a month ago? Only saving Grace the past few months and it seems they even got rid of her. Long story short, ordered beers and food (grilled cheese, gyro, and tacos). 45 mins later, we asked about the food and bartender told us we didn't order food. When my husband recalled the order back to him, he realized he'd forgotten to put it in. For our sanity and everyone else's (with 2 young hungry kids), we decided to just pay for the beers and leave.
