We visited all the bridal shops on Sierra, and FairyTale Bridal was by far the best! Marta was honest, kind, and incredibly helpful. While some of the other shops looked upscale and elegant, their customer service didn’t match the appearance and one even charged just to try on dresses!

What truly set Marta apart was her genuine, respectful approach. She never judged or profiled us based on how we looked or assumed we were wasting her time unlike the shop across the street, which may look elegant but whose staff didn’t offer the same warmth or professionalism.

I would NEVER recommend this place very expensive, not many variety and of course Horrible Customer Service, first off we were told it was going to be open on Mother’s Day and it wasn’t, so we go yesterday to pick up the dress. The dress didn’t fit my daughter, we had to get it cause the baptism is on the 27th of May, we also had to go look for shoes to another store cause we order a pair and, the lady wasn’t even courteous enough to call us and let us know she wasn’t able to get the shoes we wanted. We went to another store found the shoes and an actual dress that fit my daughter and called her if she would take back her dress and she said “NO” of course she wouldn’t acted as a HUNGRY BUSINESS OWNER. If I could I wouldn’t give this business not even one STAR instead...
