Campus West Shops — Attraction in Fort Collins

This place is an utter congested nightmare that induces rage and hate towards mankind! Could NOT find a parking spot to try Momo LoLo, which was my entire plan that day. Never got a chance. Ended up sitting at the library all day instead, with no coffee. Instead of being able to go Momo's, I got yelled at by a Boomer who walked out in front of me on his way into FedEx, then kicked my my tire, and seconds later was honked out by the car behind me who witnessed the whole thing, but I guess thought I should have drove over the man. I would give this place a 1 star honestly. This is not about the busineses but the property and property owners/managers. How can you let the parking lot flood for years and not fix it? I called the city and they said they can't fix it it's the property that has to manage it. It's an ADA issues at this point because the parking spot closest to the gutter and most flooded is a van accessible spot meaning mobility aid users must go in the filthy smelly standing water in order to access the businesses.
