Like a typical boba establishment, you can order boba with different sweetness and ice levels and then you can sit down, talk or play some games. Since this location is near CSU campus, I can see why this place is popular! Overall, the drinks were decent. I tried the jasmine green milk tea with 50% sweetness, slight ice with boba and my partner tried the oolong milk tea with 70%, slight ice with boba. The boba wasn't sweetened so both drinks ended up being less sweet than anticipated. The oolong tea also tasted extra bitter as if the tea had been brewed too long and burnt. I think had the boba been sweetened, it would've been perfect. The staff were college students and they seemed tired. When we walked in, they were sitting down and, what seemed to be like, studying. I am rating 4 stars since I am sure they are trying their best.

Ding Tea’s drinks and toppings can be slightly more expensive compared to other tea spots, but they’re also of great quality so I’d say it’s worth it. So far I've tried the thai milk tea with boba, which is a delectable treat, and the lychee yakult which is amazingly refreshing. I’d go for the iced lychee yakult if you aren’t sure what to get; it’s a delightfully smooth approach to getting probiotics into your diet. Their boba truly is sweeter than you’d expect it to be, so I'd recommend getting it with half sweetness rather than the regular sugar content. That said, any tea with tapioca pearls from here is immediately ten times better due to the contrast between the boba’s chewiness and the tea’s creaminess. They have a friendly staff and an extremely cozy environment for whenever you’re able to stick around for awhile :)

I love their jasmine milk tea, their strawberry green tea and their blueberry milk or green tea. Their boba teas tend to be less sweet than those of Kung Fu tea and the other places around town. I’m updating my review based on the last 4 times we had their boba. The quality of the tea and the boba has gone down. Overall it’s still good but definitely not as good as it used to be. If you have your tea made by one of the original tearistas the outcome is usually good. However, the last 4 times our teas were made by some newbies and I took a few sips and poured it down the sink. The tea was not sweetened correctly and the boba was either too hard or too mushy. Unbelievably inconsistent. Which makes the $5-$6 price tag for each harder to swallow.

Terrible customer service.

There were two younger girls working at the counter and we were not greeted. We asked the cashier what “winter melon” was and she said “I don’t know, I don’t like it.” She was texting on her phone and did not even look up at us.

We were not asked about the sweetness of our drinks or anything else. They told us the price, made our drinks, set them down. They immediately turned around and went to sit in the back. They did not thank us, tell us our drink was ready, and did not even smile or make eye contact.

This was probably the worst customer service I’ve experienced. They were unapproachable and there was no professionalism.

Our passion fruit tea was so sweet it was undrinkable. We didn’t say anything because both girls were already sitting in the back and seemed very unconcerned with how our drinks were.

I emailed the store with this feedback and did not receive a response, although they have their email address posted on the wall asking...

The tea itself is fine and comparable to other places we've had it, but their one main employee is consistently rude and unprofessional. We've visited many times and at most the service from this one person is "over it", and at worst, like today was so rude it genuinely shocked me a little; just so snotty and they literally rolled their eyes at me and looked like they were about to explode because I asked a question. There were only about 4-5 other people in the store and nobody waiting behind us, so no obvious reason to be extra stressed or something. I've previously worked in food service for many years so I have a lot of empathy for what it's like to work an often thankless job, and I always try to be conscientious and tip well. We have been coming every other week or so for the past several months but after today I'm thinking we might need to change up our tea stop. (All of the other employees have been perfectly nice and have given a normal level...

The tea was good, but my family and I will not be returning because of how terrible the customer service was. We read reviews and were even laughing about how many were irritated about customer service before leaving the house. We didn't expect what we expirenced. One girl, covered in tattoos (I love tats, just describing her, so the employer can hopefully have a heart to heart with her) had her hair down and was literally chewing gum with her mouth open, looking up at us with a very disrespectful look, both arms have her leaning over on the counter. Just all around unprofessional. She was laughing, talking very loudly (basically yelling at points) shortly after treating us and the other people in line poorly either the other woman working. There was also another customer trying to concentrate on their work at the time. At first I thought she might just be grumpy, but she was having no trouble being joyous with...
