After buying, transporting, and installing a new washer/dryer stacking unit we discovered they had sold us a defective unit. We were required to bring it back for them to service. After much back and forth they corrected the issue, but it was not a pleasant experience. When we got the new units home, we discovered the glass door of the dryer had been broke in transit. After several weeks of waiting for them to get a replacement door they said, they can't order parts, and we'd be better off to go buy elsewhere.
So in summary: they have a decent selection and the prices are good, but they will NOT stand behind their products, they will NOT order parts for their products, however their "warranty" requires you to bring them back tot them to fix it...even though they can't.
