Blue Water Jump Zone — Attraction in Fort Gratiot Charter Township

So disappointed in this place. We had our daughters birthday party here and it was so beyond rushed, the girl working the front kept coming into the party room to tell me how much I still owe, then came in another time to go over paperwork then a third time to tell me I have a 30 minute warning as if I’m not watching the clock like an adult. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Then.. to put the cherry on top.. she told me I owed $40 extra for extra kids. I knew I didn’t have that many extra kids so I asked to see the sign in sheet.. low and behold, she let a guy with his 2 kids sign up under my daughters birthday party and let them in for free. It would have been on my dime had I not paid attention. Then she asked again if I was absolutely sure I didn’t know them.. I was insulted at the fact that she thinks i was lying because she couldn’t do her job. Definitely not worth $250+ to have a party here. It was so chaotic and rushed. They sure want your money and are quick to get you back out the door and out of their hair. Sucks because there’s not many places around our area for kids. But I’m writing this place...

Zero stars! My daughters and my granddaughter were there for the day Saturday April 5, 2025 as a treat which she had been looking forward to all week. My 6 year old granddaughter ( very shy and kind) was yelled at by the woman running the business! First off she has NO business yelling at anyone’s child, second of all my daughter told her to come here and she said okay coming and the woman told my other daughter she said no which was bs! I will have this place shut down for child abuse! When I called and asked her name she wouldn’t give it to me and hung the phone up on me not only once but 3 times! Then wouldn’t answer the phone again. Real good customer courtesy! If I were the owner she would never step foot in my establishment again! Needless to say my sweet granddaughter who has never been never mistreated a day in her life left...

Only 1 star because I couldn't give a half. I took my grandson there today, the clerk saw the coffee I had and didn't say a word about it, we go in, my grandson is enjoying myself when the clerk comes up and says I'm not allowed to have my coffee because they sell coffee there. I did not know and explained I would not drink it but I was not going to throw it away. She came back about 10minutes later and said my manager said you have to leave. I said I would like a refund since he only got a few minutes of playtime, none was provided. I got home and called to speak with the manager and was told "she's not in today" I said that's funny I was just supposedly told to leave by the manager. Girl on the phone said call back another day. Oh I intend to.. I wouldn't recommend this...
