Buckle — Local services in Fort Gratiot Charter Township

My fiancé and I were looking at boots just outside of Buckle when Serena instantly approached us and asked if we needed any help. When my fiancé said that we were just looking, she was very respectful and let us browse the store. Another employee came up to me (I wish I got her name), and she helped me find the perfect pair of jeans for me. Serena approached me and was asking about my style and we got to know about each other’s lives for a bit! We both noticed my fiancé looking at flannels and Serena offered wonderful advice for not only him, but also me! This experience THEN turned into a full on fashion show!! Serena helped me find my new style and I bought a whole new outfit from head to toe!! I couldn’t thank everyone enough! This store is absolutely amazing. Everybody that works there is super friendly and they're so excited to help you find your size and your style. They have a wonderful variety of styles and fits in their store, and they offer so many great services! Regarding the other review that gave only one star, that doesn't truly represent how this store performs. If there was a problem with a return going through to a debit card, there is no way that is that specific store's problem. It's a corporate/banking problem. I've bought several jeans and other articles of clothing from them and albeit they are pricey they've always been pretty durable and very nice feeling. I recently bought another pair of jeans for 74 dollars this past month and after a few weeks they had a torn seam from regular leisurely use, I then emailed Buckle asking if they had a warranty or if they could possibly just fix my pair. They told me they did not come with a warranty and asked if I'd like to come to the store for a review of the product.
