I keep getting text messages to leave a review so I will but hopefully you take this as constructive and move your company in the right direction. We rented a giant awesome waterslide for my sons bday. I got a text message asking if they could drop it off early Friday afternoon, the day before the party. The guys came to drop it off and set it up. Two guys arrived in a nice big truck, they were quiet didn't say much, didn't have much personality but did their jobs. I gave them Gatorades as it was super hot outside. They presented payment options that included an additional technology fee that wasn't in the original quote that was already higher than advertised because of all the extra fees. I asked when it would be picked up and the guy said 9am Sunday. They finished and left. As soon as my kids went on the slide they told me there was some kind of tape at the top of the water slide. I went up and took a photo and sent it in right away. I got a response asking if I wanted them to change water slides but I was throwing a party for kids many of whom have special needs and since I included a photo of the exact waterslide in the invite I didn't want to make any changes. We had the party on Saturday, kids had fun but there were a lot of scrapes and scratches because the velcro didn't seem to have a good fit and was sticking out. Sunday 9am came and went and I texted the main number letting them know I still hadn't seen anyone. The response was that 9am wasn't the time promised and that they would come later that day. I told them I was concerned for keeping it another day covering the grass because it was so hot and I didn't want the grass to die. His response was that it wouldn't be an issue because he has left it over a week and there's no way it would harm the grass. He also offered a $50 credit towards the next rental which is a nice gesture but not very much money in comparison to how expensive the rental was. So they finally came to pick up the waterslide and unfortunately the grass WAS dying under some parts of the waterslide and tarp! I included pictures of the tape and the dead grass on here. Read moreThis was my second time renting through them, and happy with customer service. I love that Jenn is just a phone call away & their flexibility with weather plans. Unfortunately after a little over an hour of use, our bounce house suddenly burst in the back & deflated on my toddler and 3 others. Even though everyone was perfectly safe, it was scary. I called Jen and she answered immediately and agreed to send staff to check out & repair the problem. They arrived within 30 minutes and worked really hard to come up with a temporary repair of zip ties (zipper had completely broken off in the back somehow.) The staff even jumped themselves to make sure it was safe again. It didn’t bounce quite the same due to the pressure, but Jen was very responsive the whole time to try and make it right. She gave us an extra hour of our rental. Unfortunately, my son was too terrified to go back in again after that, so we didn’t really get much use out of it. While the situation was unfortunate, I felt Jen and staff did try to make the situation right despite the equipment failure. I appreciate that.
