The Flirty Flamingo! You want to stay here! From the moment we walked in, we didn’t want to ever leave! Everything from the decor to the open concept layout, this lovely home provides many areas to enjoy. This home was very clean and well organized, with many things appearing to be brand new. The kitchen provided several small appliances (e.g., toaster, blender, coffee maker and Keurig, kettle, food processor) and each bathroom also provided a blow dryer. If you are a family travelling with small children, don’t be deterred by the fact that there is no bathtub. We used a washcloth to cover the drain and we were able to fill the shower with a couple of inches of water no problem for our 10 month old son to enjoy splashing around. The backyard oasis is where you will want to spend your time! The landscaping and pool were beautiful to enjoy. The home also had outdoor lanterns available to use when sitting out there. Both the front and back yards were extremely private. For those who like tech, the home is outfitted with an Amazon Echo in the main room and a smart TV in the family room and each bedroom. You could record a show on the family room TV and finish watching it in one of the bedrooms if you wanted. Additional items provided in the home include a pack and play, a high chair, board games, beach chairs and a cooler.

The location of this home is perfect! Wilton Manors neighbourhood is safe and beautiful. Home owners really take pride in their homes and properties. We truly enjoyed going out for walks each day and looking at all the different homes and tropical plants. The community of people here are so friendly, always passing by with a smile or a wave. The proximity to shopping, restaurants and beaches is very convenient, with the airport only being about a half hour drive away (with traffic).

David and Steve were incredibly helpful during our stay, just a phone call away to answer any questions we had! It is clear how passionate they are about their rental homes and making sure people feel at ease with everything they may need while staying in a vacation home rental.

We booked this house for April vacation (school vacation week 2022 at the Floridian). The house was incredibly clean and had all the appointments needed for a week away including beach stuff, pool stuff, anything you need for eating / drinking, laundry, an office area etc.. etc.. it’s a fully setup house! The property managers were very responsive and even got us a child gate, pack and play and high chair for us to use during our stay (including a little sheet for the pack and play). We have a 18 month old so one thing I missed form the images was a small step down into the tv area and the proximity of the pool deck to the canal, we were easily able to block these areas off though with the ample amount of furniture in the house so our little one had no problems falling down in these areas, he even learned how to get up and down the step to the tv area safely during our trip!! Also the pool is absolutely perfect for a toddler (and adults), it has plenty of shady areas in the morning (since its an L shape) but has sunny spots you can relax on a pool float when your toddler is down for a nap, additionally it has this area when you walk into the pool that's shallow enough for a 1-2 year old to hang out by themselves which our little one LOVED! The location is a little further from the beach than I thought, and it was only really an issue during rush hour though coming back from the beach, so we adjusted when we left the beach after our first afternoon heading back to the house. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back again!

My family and I stayed at Serenity Place in late March into April of 2024. While we have used Ft Lauderdale Stays before- and have had 5 star experiences each time…. Somehow this trip was even better!?

For starters- Everything, every detail is and was like the pictures. It was strange walking in as it felt like home as we had looked at the pictures so many times- the photos do it justice! Beyond clean, well kept, everything labeled and in its place and everything asked for was promised and present (including a welcome bottle of wine which was a beautiful touch!)

The pool is perfect for a family- ranging in 3-6ft in depth. Sun from 930-4p with no shade but many options for shade including umbrellas and an overhang! Great backyard space- plenty of room to dine as well outside!

Great indoor space- lots of room to relax as well as a dining space for 8 as well as a TV “nook” in the back where the kids could escape at night and watch their shows! The kitchen appliances are top grade and easy to operate. Shopping for food was easy (under 1 mile away.)

2 warm- high pressure indoor showers and an outdoor shower to rinse after a day at the beach…. There was nothing this property did not have.

The topper is David- who answered my last minute request in under 5 minutes of response time!? I have come to appreciate him and all he does for the rentals! Great and trustworthy person!
