H & J — Attraction in Fort Lauderdale

I spoke with Greg a couple of times over the phone regarding a cracked screen on my laptop. there are no decals on my laptop anymore and Greg needed the exact model number so he asked me to bring by the laptop since the pictures that I sent didn't give him enough information. when I showed up to the site a few hours later Greg unfortunately was not there. a guy came out and told me that repairing the laptop probably was not worth it but that their labor cost to repair would be about $150 plus parts. I told him that I checked with Dell and Amazon and the screen itself is approximately $150 and I wouldn't mind paying $300 to have the laptop repaired since I really like the laptop. he said okay let me take the laptop and show it to my tech then he wanted me to fill out forms. I told him that I would like to get a quote first before I fill out forms and he said the labor is going to be about $175. I said okay so you told me it's a $150 before and now it's $175 well I would like to get an estimate. he said so you want your laptop back? I said yes I would like to get an estimate. He then left went and got my laptop and then came back and said here's your laptop lenny. he never asked for my information or anything but Greg does have my email but I don't feel that the service I got in the store was up to par compared to what I was expecting since the guy seemed a little adamant and rude that I wanted my laptop back. I gave three stars instead of one star because Greg was nice over the phone and tried to help me...

I have purchased both refurbished off-lease systems and open box systems. All the computers have worked just fine - as if they were brand new. They were ready on time for me to pick up and reasonably priced. Recently, H&J went over the top on making me a happy customer. I found that one of the open box computers I had purchased 15 months ago had a part that was missing. I hadn't noticed it when I picked up the computer.
