Wawa — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

October 23, 2023 8:45 pm This is 1 of the worst places for a Wawa to be located. (1) The fountain drink cups are behind the counter, and you have to buy the cup, taking a chance that the drink tastes right. (2) The clerk that was on register by window had one thee nastiest attitudes, that honestly is not needed in a corporate Wawa. Any employee with that kind of attitude needs to go back to the Hood (White Woman, with a trailer trash attitude). (3) Not one police officer in the parking lot, but plenty of Ho's & pimps with a few drug addicts begging for $$. This Wawa is like going to a shady truck stop. (4) I bought the soda and a over priced 2 pack of DutchMaster cigars that were STALE. SECURITY Shouldn't be inside securing the fountain machine, how about clearing the parking lot of all potential dangers, instead of slacking on the job, earning a free check, don't become a security guard if you're AFRAID TO DO YOUR JOB.....

I’m a big WaWa fan, especially being from NJ, it’s been like a taste of home when they started opening in Fort Lauderdale area. So posting a bad review of this Wawa is tough for me. Today I stopped to get a couple hoagies so I could run home for lunch with my partner between appointments. When I got home and we opened the hoagies they were Italian hoagies, but nothing like we ordered…toasted when not requested, completely wrong toppings, no tomatoes, no peppers, no oil and vinegar, all of which was requested and listed on the receipt. So we called and asked for a manager, turns out she was the one who answered the phone. She took the order number and said she would look into it to make sure we got the corrected order. I didn’t have the time during lunch to make a half hour round trip to get the order fixed like she suggested, I shouldn’t have to do this to fix their mistake and waste all the time I have for lunch to fix their screw up. She offered to look into it based on the order number and get back to us, then hung up before taking down a phone number. What the heck WaWa! Super...

09/22/2023 Everytime I go in here(often on a Friday evening) there is the same pan handling large black woman sitting at your table out front begging people for handouts. Meanwhile, there's a rent-a-cop inside staring off into space. Why don't he/she get rid of the bums out front bothering customers?

Last night, 3/24, approx. 10:30 PM, the rude female cashier should learn how to scan wawa rewards. Once again no credit to my account. Coffee tasted like it sat for hours. Outhouses are more sanitary than the men's room here - atrocious.

03/03/2023 Just when I think this location couldn't get any worse. Today's lunch was bread with two tablespoons of chicken salad, wilted spinach, a piece of onion and a slice of tomato. Totally ignored the request for sweet and hot peppers which they had. Obviously can't make a sandwich. Can they read? It felt and looked like a thin pancake between 2 pieces of bread.
