Cypress Creek Tri-Rail Station — Local services in Fort Lauderdale

I arrived at the station with my easy card on hand. However no one in my partu had an easy card. When they went to purchase a ticket for the train they were unable to do so on the northbound side of the tracks. Only 1 ticket kiosk on the southboud side of the tracks had the option to purchase a paper ticket for the day. This caused confusion for many patrons at the station. It also almost caused my party to miss the train being on the wrong side of the tracks scrambling to get a ticket, while waiting...
