[UPDATE] I am Happy to AMEND this 1 star review to a 4 star review for now simply because of a caring owner who personally reached out to me to discuss what happened and his seemingly sincere effort to want to make things right systemically and with his staff so that other customers don’t have to go through the unprofessional and disrespectful experience I had. I applaud and appreciate that and I look forward to his follow through and hopefully a much better experience for me and all customers going forward.

[Original Review] DO NOT GO HERE! Read all the 1 star reviews. A) Terribly rude unprofessional staff, No customer service whatsoever. B) They do not honor appointments. Multiple times I made an appointment and when I showed up they claimed it was not in their system OR the specific stylist I made the appointment with is not there, they claim they just left, really? My guess is they probably just lied to get me in. Otherwise shouldn’t somebody give me a courtesy call to reschedule? No, they let me show up expecting I’d just use some other random stylist. This is not a mistake, read all the negative reviews, this is a normal way they do business and it’s shameful. People who run a business this way need to lose business so maybe they appreciate it more. They just lost mine. I called to make an appointment for three people to get their hair done I spoke to Gloria I informed Gloria that one person needed a haircut and highlights the other person needed her hair dyed and highlights and the other person was going to go completely blond Gloria stated that is not a problem come in at 12 when we got to the store we were greeted by Gloria and another woman who gave us filthy nasty dirty looks We didnt understand what the problem was She asked the one person what she was getting done and she stated she was going completely blond Gloria stated we do not do that here we only do highlights I stated to Gloria why would you tell me on the phone that you would do completely blond She stated only highlights I said you told me on the phone you would do completely blond Het response only highlights Why would you tell me on the phone that you would do completely blond We only do highlights we cannot do her hair we would do the other two We informed Gloria if you're refusing service to one you are refusing service to all. Theyy lost abdout $350 maybe even more with the tips. I do not know if it was because I was walking with a cane or something else. I had a great cut and color today at the Fort Lee Supercuts! I’ve always liked the ease and convenience of walk in salon. I usually go to the Edgewater location but it closed down. The ladies here are very nice and cordial. I came for a color (cover up greys and overgrown roots) and a blowout. My stylist was Vicky, she helped me choose a beautiful shade close to my natural color. When it was time for the blowout I told her I like my hair curled out as I have layers and I like the Farrah Fawcett look. She said my layers were overgrown and wouldn’t show. Although I was pressed for time, she quickly gave me a beautiful trim with face framing layers and long layers in the back as I have long hair. She worked quickly and efficiently and even had time to curl my layers and apply mouse and hairspray. It’s like she knew exactly the look I was going for and what suites face shape and hair texture. I got compliments from the other co-workers as well as strangers when I left the salon to get into my car. My little son was so sweet and complimented me too! Thank you Vicky for all your hard work!
