Curious Cargo Home Decor — Attraction in Fort Myers

I had a very serious issue with my furniture that I noticed shortly after I made my purchase. I waited to consult my pest defense technician at my quarterly treatment. I took pictures to share with management and shared what my pest technician shared.

The store personnel were absolutely wonderful and made good on the product after I returned the piece and they had opportunity to inspect and confirmed the issue. I was provided the choice of a full refund or exchange to another piece. On behalf of the manufacturer and the store, they apologized for this experience. I appreciated their sincerity but also recognize that when dealing with a natural product such as wood, natural events can slip through the manufacturing process.

Honestly, this stressful event was brought to quick and professional closure. I was 100% impressed with Curious Cargo’s customer service and business integrity. The staff and management took ownership of the situation and made it right!

It takes a long time to pick a piece of furniture because they have so many different quality pieces. All wood wuth wuality construction and hardware. The price to value ratio is very high compared to the competition. This little furniture store is quite the secret and save customers hundreds of dollars over their competitors . It was my first time at this store. Great selection and lots of wonderful things in the store. I was not happy with the cashier. She was not friendly at all. I felt with the comment she made was that she was accusing me of putting a sticker with a different price on an item I was buying. I spent $200 and the item was $1.00 cheaper on one of the items. Like really. Our friend that came with us, said this store was great told the cashier that she brought all of us to this store. The cashier said if I could get $1.00 for every person that said this. We spent over $400. She could have said , thank you we appreciate it. She was extremely rude and didn’t seem to care that...

The prices on most items were reasonable! I like that they had such a large selection! I got a picture for my son's ocean life nursery for only $30, but other pictures of similar style were $150+, so there's some good deals & some things that were expensive too. They market a lot of stuff on Facebook marketplace, but the photos they have up could be old because when I asked about a small decor ship wheel that was advertised, they said they were all sold out. I would love them to have more affordable decor smaller pieces for $5 or $10 because a lot of the wall items like big ship wheels were $40+ and the metal hanging items were $70+ and I just wanted something small...
