Upon walking into the store, I observed four employees sitting at the front desk and two other male employees sitting on a sofa around the corner. I slowly walked by waiting and watching for someone to greet me and/or asked me, can we assist you, but no one made any effort to acknowledge me so, I walked away and started to browse the furniture. After seeing a nice piece of furniture that I liked, I couldn't get any help because everyone was at the front counter doing their own thing.. there were no other customers in the store at the time, so I decided its best that I leave after being ignored by employees. Now, on my way out the store, I observed a family walk inside and all I can hear is the employee's greeting this family. I then walked back to the front desk and asked for the manager, one of the previous employees stated, I'm Maria, the manager. I asked, Maria, why you and your employees didn't greet me the same way as this family was greeted. Maria claims she said hi to me, but she lied. I told her she was wrong and as a supervisor she should set better examples for her employees and treat everyone equally. Sadly, I wanted to purchase a nice piece of furniture but their attitude changed that and I won't patronize this store every again. If I'm not RESPECTED, I'll keep my money to myself... Maria, the manager then walked away to her chair without apologizing for their negative behavior. This is my experience at El Dorado...
Read moreI’m so disappointed in the services received from this location. I purchased a memory foam mattress, took it home and waited for it to inflate. After several hours I noticed the firmness was different from what I originally wanted and the mattress was also wider than my box springs. I called the same day to advise , I believe I received a different mattress the firmness is wrong and I think it a California king. I was told wait 24 hours and if no change come on in. I did so, tested The floor sample and it was definitely different. The mattress given to me was soft and I sink right into it As the display I don’t sink in it’s the perfect level of firmness. The manager Janet was on duty and said there’s nothing they can do.
I was given the wrong mattress , my back hurts and I’m out of a couple hundred dollars and there is nothing you can do? This is a multi million dollar company, fit it. I understand due to Covid no returns but fix your mistake. Janet did not even try to talk to me , she sent a cashier to talk to me...

I purchased three chairs and a dining sectional, but when I received the products, Mr. Victor had added a dining table to my order that I never purchased. In addition, the chairs he showed me on the computer were listed at $160 each, but when he processed the invoice, he charged me $370 per chair. I called the store and asked to speak with a supervisor, but the only solution offered was for me to go back to the store and select other cheaper chairs.
