India Bazaar — Attraction in Fort Myers

Have been going there for 5 years yesterday brought back a skirt that was bought for me as a present the older gentleman said no priblem just pick si=omehing else out was not looking for refund ..I went up to the front with an even more expensive outfit and his wife started saying this skirt is not from here even though the tag on iy=t was the same as there's as well as it smelling like the store ..they have incense everywhere burning..and there was one exactly like it in the back!! She got very rude mind you this is after her husband said no problem then he started on me as well..they where appling that I stole it or something!! The woman has never liked me ..she even said we don't need blond lady like you coming in here wearing our cloths..that was so rasiest..I am so angry ....she is a very bad business woman and their clothing in the back are dusty and dirty because of it sitting there and never being looked at..I bought a dress for $10 a few weeks ago and found two same dress yesterday for $20 so you better look through all there merchandise in the back of the store if you are looking for cloths ..I am reporting them to the Better Business Burea today..I want my money back they basically stole $25 dollars from me and wasted my time!! And then to be accosted bye them I truly believe they hate American's and I am no racist but they sure are bye the way I was talking to a black girl at the time and they kept telling us to take our personal business else where..we where looking at clothes at the time!! They are truly awful business people!!I have run a Boutique very expensive and a Art Gallery and would never treat anyone the way I was treated yesterday ..I think they put on a very fake face to many people! I will let the law take it...

Yesterday I went to the Indian Bazaar an it was a amazing experience there was so many beautiful pieces to look through and fabrics a I even found a reasonably priced Saree for my recent project. I will definitely be back again and the manager and his wife and employees are very helpful, polite, and understanding and have special deals so you definitely leave out happy and satisfied. Even after it got a bit awkward while I was there, sadly an incident with a customer and an exchange did not pan out to we'll the customer became quite angry but the manager and his wife stayed calm a spoke to the woman trying to calm her down seeing how they could help fix the situation. I believe she did not have a receipt so she was unable to make a return so she was not to happy after throwing a fit an storming out. I was there I believe she mentioned me in her review sadly i can not agree completley with her statement from what i saw which were the managers calmly trying to get her to understand they needed a reciept for the exchange and shes a regular customer so it seemed they like her coming into shop SUPER AWKWARD MOMENT but all in all for a first time visit I truly enjoyed myself and will definitely be back for more...

Hello anybody reading this. I am the “silly boy” in question in the last review response the owner did. The silly questions he’s referring to has all to do with his culture and the things he was selling which he was woefully uneducated about. With the credit limit of 10 dollars my girlfriend wanted to buy a hair dye that was 7 so I suggested we got the cheapest thing there which is a $3 bar of chocolate. My girlfriend didn’t want to support a man with such bad customer service so we walked out, not arguing but speaking about the next store we were going to go to. The next store we went to was so much more friendly and welcoming than this store by a mile, the workers there actually knowing about the products they sold. With all this being said I will end this review by saying please don’t come here and instead support Indian Grocery Store and Restaurant off Cleveland ave. Much better store and experience.
