Store manager rude disrespectful treat the cashiers like slaves and dogs try to intimidate people I have been shopping at this store for over 15 yrs and never had a problem went in today to exchange a phone charger that I purchased 8days ago that stopped working and the cashier that I purchased it from was working and I told her the charger stopped working she was very nice she remembered me purchasing it and was exchanging it I gave her my receipt and the manager came up to the counter and asked me for the box it came in I explained it didn’t come in a box The cashier told him it didn’t come in a box It just had a paper wrapped around it with the barcode and the manager whose name is Nasf Faisal pushed the receipt and the charger back to me and still refused to exchange or return my money and called the police on me for trying to exchange it The police came, whose name was Officer Anderson batch number 8951 work for Police department in Fort Pierce cane and didn’t even try to rectify the situation. Didn’t even ask me what happened or listen to anything that I had to say just told me to get out the store and don’t come back. I will never go back to that store again. Will never ever shop there again. Which is a shame as I really love that store. Spent tons of money there over the years. The owner just accused me of shoplifting without justification. All because the top of my purse was open & it was a large purse. The zipper was stuck. The purse was suspended from my shoulder by its strap. I’m a 63 year old retired police officer. I would never ever shoplift. I was mortified. I opened my purse to show him that I wasn’t guilty as accused. No apology from him. But what did I expect? He is a nasty man. Witnessed him badgering a shaky old man—with a Vietnam veteran hat—one day for purchasing cigarettes as he sold him a pack. Encouraging all my friends not to shop there—especially if they don’t want to be falsely accused of a crime. I gave a one star above as Google wouldn’t let me leave a review without giving a star. They don’t even deserve one star. And I never leave a bad review on Google. But for this instance I will make...

I uses to come to this store all the time. I try to give some places the benefit of the doubt. Anyway, I needed to use the restroom and the first young lady told me that they don't have a restroom for me to use and that she practically have to go on break and use the restroom somewhere else. So, I asked another one of her co-workers and this young lady told me that they have their own bathroom and pretty much said it, rudely. I didn't say a word, but truth is...I will never go back and spend money in that store again. Smh. If you ask me, their counters, where you scan items have always stayed filthy.
