I saw the sign while driving by yesterday and dropped in on a whim, luckily right before the last guided tour of the day (3pm). I really enjoyed the tour given by Laura (no relation lol) and learned a lot of really interesting Fort Smith history! The house is beautifully restored and has some really wonderful woodwork and decorations, some original to the home and some not, but put together it all is very lovely to see. I really liked seeing the upstairs rooms that are decorated to specific decades with many artifacts to look at. I was also really happy to see some photographs of the women who ran and worked at the brothel over the years from around 1914 (I think?) to 1948. There is a nice gift shop selling fun stickers, really nice scented goat milk soaps and other bath/body products, some shirts, some cool mugs, et cetera. I think there's something for everyone...
