Don’t Shop Here! What happened was that a woman in there was closing her store soon when we looked around for a few minutes and they were fine with it at first. As we looked around, one of the women said ” we are closing and you will have to come back tommorow when we open up.“ We are not from the area as we had a long drive home. We would have bought something from them, but the store was closing soon as we just didn’t realize that they were closing. There was another customer still shopping and all they said to them was “oh, thank you for looking at our items on the rack”. They didn’t tell them to leave or to come back tommorow to them etc. As we were just respectfully leaving the store like normal customers do, the woman who works there that told us to leave for just looking around her store, decided to follow us out the door like a crazy woman. At first, I didn’t think it was a big deal as I thought she was just looking for someone on the street. She looked right at us and kept watching us as if we had done something wrong. But she didn’t say anything to us. It made us so uncomfortable and we didn’t understand why she did that. It was just a bizarre situation. We think she had a personal problem because of our race. Oh well, we will not be returning to that store again. I wouldn’t suggest anyone going to...

Had the worst experience ever here. As soon as I walked up the side walk a lady was standing right over me, telling me the sales and ask what I was looking for, as I told her I was just looking around and thank you and I'd let her know if I needed anything, well 3 mins in the store and she's asking if she could take my items and I kindly decline as I wanted to find shirts for my pants. Well then I heard her and another worker assuming about me and they was totally wrong. Well when asked if I could try things on she grabbed my clothes and was like let me straighten them up, they was already straight. Which other people used the dressing room and they didn't do that with them. Anyways it was a horrible experience and everything is over priced. It's a resale ship not Dillard's. Second time around is alot better then here. Support the resale shops that are kind and not trying to rob you and talk about the customers. Have...

Designer Again has been a part of my life since 1996! That's how long I've been shopping here and how long I've been a consignor with. It's hands-down my favorite place to shop in Fort Smith, Arkansas. It's ALWAYS full of treasures. Over the past 25 years, I have purchased beautiful, used furniture here at great prices! I've bought clothing here, shoes, home decor, picture frames, books, baby items and jewelry. The store just ROCKS!
