Amigos Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Fort Smith

Wings are bomb asfff and environment was pretty fun, but the manager of the place is rude and gave me unnecessary attitude. I was waiting for about 15 min (it was busy crowd) which I didn’t care to wait for some service, but it’s the fact that 3 people came up to the bar and had received quick help and with no attitude. But as soon as I was helped I was helped with some disgusting customer service. I had high expectations based on the positive reviews, but everything about my experience was a letdown. We are very impressed with Amigos. We will definitely be back. Amigos food is not your typical bar food. KC the owner was very personable and actually sat down with us and made sure that we had everything we needed. Our waitress Sara was attentive and kind. I love the fact they have Coors original on tap, it’s delicious. We had the tacos and they are first rate. They played about 15 rap songs tonight in a row when my friend and I went. I asked if I could pick some songs since the TouchTunes wasn’t available. The bartender nicely accommodated and I picked 3 songs that I like. Well….mid-3rd song, she looks at us and says “this is the last country song that we’re playing.” My friend and I left and it was blatantly obvious that right when we stepped outside, they stopped the song and switched to another rap song.
