I was visiting my kids and took my oldest grandbaby out for our first Adventure. We stopped in to have pizza. She's 2 so I know she'll eat it. It's not really as kid friendly. But my waitress went out of her way to help. But, when we first came in. The heavy-set hostess was rude to us and the couple ahead of us. I almost walked out. I don't tolerate rude staff at all. I have worked in the food industry for years. And I understand there are days you just are having a bad day. But the restaurant literally had 5 to 7 customers and most everyone was at the bar. Smh. If you are gonna be in the hostess position fix your attitude and leav3 your personal issues at the door before coming into work. You deal with the public. Now our actual waitress was sweet and went out of her way. That's why I stayed. She made 8t fun for my little Granddaughter. Which made our special day together even better. I will say this. If my granddaughter hadn't been with me I would of said something to the hostess and put her in her place. Okay now onto the food. Our pizzas were really good. I had to ask my waitress to put my grandbaby's pizza in their cooler or freezer for a few minutes to cool hers down. Because it was fresh out of the oven hot. Which is at no fault of anyone. It should be that fresh. She was kind enough to do so. It was still a little to hot when she brought it back. But I cut it up for her to cool quicker. The only thing I have to add other than our rude hostess, is add chocolate and white milk to your kid's menu for smaller kids who come with their family. My pizza was so delicious. If you happen to be in town visiting or driving through Fort Smith Arkansas this is a must-stop place to eat. It's in the old downtown area of Fort Smith on Garrison Ave. There are so many places to visit are there.

Facts- We decided to have dinner here for my husband's birthday. We have 6 kids. I talked them babies up about how this restaurant was high end... its not like going to Chili's, its "fancy" so I made sure they had their manners in their pockets. My kids did Amazing! The waitress- took our order. Brought our drinks, and that was about it. They were very attentive to the table next to us, whom seemed to be friends of the manager. 7pm on a Monday and they were out of many options. Im certain this has nothing to do with local shortages. I placed the order and they weren't difficult entrees. 2 kids mac and cheese <obviously from a box> each child got a half an apple cut up. The third child wanted chicken fingers and fries. We ordered 2 burgers, 2 plates of fish and a salad. We didn't receive our food for over 45 mins. We didn't get any refills til well after our food came. My salad had brown, old wadded leaves- like someone had gathered the scraps to toss... but instead of in the bin, they tossed it into my salad. It was disgusting. I didn't eat. The burgers were well overcooked. Super dry. Chicken was decent but slightly overcooked. Fries were Great! Husband was excited to try a few different special beers... she couldn't be bothered to check in on us. Overall for $167 I wish we had eaten at braums instead... I do not recommend this establishment. Yes we had a party of 8. Two adults, a 13 yr old, two 12 yr Olds and three under the age of 5. Gratuity... yes... but def not 18% especially with the lack of attention we were given. We will not be returning.

WOW. What an incredibly welcome treat. I was in the area briefly for work and after a very trying day, I called down to the front desk at the hotel where I was staying to order a much needed meal. I was told that the restaurant was closed. It was 8:45 pm. Boo on you CYM. UberEats it is! I had passed the Bricktown Brewery several times while coming and going for work and decided to give them a shot as they were close, had good reviews, and had a reasonable delivery fee. Best. Decision. Ever. I ordered their French Dip sandwich and upgraded to a caesar side salad. Needless to say, the salad didn't even get touched (although I'm sure it will be delicious tomorrow) because this French Dip was, being 100% honest here, the BEST I HAVE EVER EATEN. EVER. The meat was tender and juicy with a very generous portion and the French bread was perfection. I didn't even use the jus, although it was equally yummy, because the meat was cooked so incredibly well. The melted cheddar and savory mayo were the icing on the proverbial cake. I was so impressed that I called the restaurant to thank them for making my day. They were so sweet and grateful for the compliment and it was obvious that they take enormous pride in their business, which is truly deserved. 100% recommend stopping by this gem in Ft. Smith. And for crying out loud, GET THE FRENCH DIP. 👍👍👍

The food is great, but they're making it harder and harder to choose them for dinner. Most times, we have to order delivery, and the order is almost always wrong. My boyfriend LOVES their chicken fried steak, which is actually supposed to come with gravy, accordingto their own staff and menu. But in the past 5 times we've tried to roll the dice with them and try ordering again, and hope they actually include the gravy, it's only been included once. I've tried adding a note to remember gravy, but that's turned off. I order mashed potatoes to surely guarantee they'll include the gravy, no luck. I've even checked to see if I can order it as a side, willing to pay extra just to make sure they include what is already part of the dish. Not an option. They would be one of our top go-to places, but the expected disappointment is enough to quell the cravings and choose somewhere else. Tonight, after another fumbled order, I tried calling to ask the manager what we can do to ensure we will get the gravy it comes with when we order. She obviously had much more important things to care about, and just said, "It comes with gravy". I corrected that it's supposed to, but I can only remember twice ever total in all the times we ordered that it did. I didn't ask for a refund. I wasn't irate or upset. I even stated plainly that we would love to give them more money - we doordash 3-4 times/week. And I explained how their menu there doesn't even allow me to remind them or even pay extra for a side of it, but it's almost always left out. Please... we want to give you money and eat your food. But she was the most flippant, uninterested, and apathetic manager I can remember speaking to at any restaurant around here. I believe she actually interrupted and spoke over me in every sentence I started. And her final advice was that I should call them after I order to remind them to include it so they won't forget..... Yes, really. The manager.... wants me, the customer... to remind her crew... to give me what I just paid for. My bf was so disgusted by the unprofessionalism that he could hear from her, that he's ready to be done with them for good. Wonderful food. But is this really what we should expect while paying...

To start with, we informed the hostess that we preferred a table and did not want a booth due to the fact of having rods in my lower back. A booth is very uncomfortable to sit in. The first thing she did was sit at a booth and was displeased when we again requested a table only. The next dissatisfaction is that it literally took 15 minutes for the waitress to come and take our drink order and another 10 minutes to obtain them. When it came to ordering the food, the waitress seemed to want to argue with the way we ordered our food. We asked that the broccoli was double streamed, fork tender, and that the butter and the seasoning be on the side. We order the fish and chips with broccoli and Mac and cheese every time we come to a Brick Town Brewery. The establishment in Shawnee Oklahoma is top-notch across the board. The food comes to the table, and the wife looks appealing, properly platted. However, my sister and mine come with our Mac and cheese in a Styrofoam cup. We asked for the butter and seasoning for the broccoli and was informed that they had already put the butter on, and we could add salt and pepper. The food was not even like warm, the Mac and cheese was cold, literally with hard shredded cheese on top. the fish and broccoli were room temperature. The broccoli had all the seasoning on it and, as usual, over salted, which is why we ask it to be on the side. The Fort Smith, Arkansas Brick Town Brewery has been diminishing in food quality and most definitely in service for some time now, and I believe that it's our decision to not continue to throw good money at a bad establishment nor can we any longer recommend it to...
