I am new to vaping and was a new customer to this store. I did a little research before I went in, and found what I thought I wanted. I called ahead and asked a few questions and the employee was very helpful. I asked if they would price match on one of their products with the manufacturer, I was told yes but a manager would have to do it. When I arrived to purchase everything I would need, the young lady that helped me contacted the owner to ask if they could price match. The owner told her since I was a new customer they wouldn’t price match. I should have walked away right then, but they had the specific item I wanted in the color I wanted and everything. They were able to set me up with the RDTA I wanted, and a mod that was similar to what I wanted for a cheaper price so I went ahead and purchased. Thinking maybe this was a fluke I continued to do business there for the next few days. Setting my girlfriend up with what she needed and buying some more juices as well. In this process we found that we didn’t like the single battery mod’s but preferred the variable wattage mods. We returned one of the single battery mods and purchased a Smok Alien setup as well as several extra tanks, juices, prebuilt coils and so on. Today 11/9/17 I walked in to return the other single battery MOD because when we try to use it, it burns our lip. I handed it to the clerk, undamaged, in the original packaging, offering to show my receipt from my email, wanting to return the MOD and purchase yet more tanks and juice. She advised me that she would have to ask if she could do the return, looked up my account and went to speak with whom I assume to be a manager. She returned shortly after telling me that they weren’t going to be able to return it since there was nothing wrong with it. I explained that it was painful for me to use it and therefore I didn’t want the item. I was told by whom I assume to be a manager very rudely “you can’t just return something because you don’t like it.” Then she said “If you had brought it back the other day with the other one, we probably could have done it then.” I don’t understand what the difference is since it is the exact same item, undamaged, and purchased less than a week ago, with receipt. After that exchange anything I tried to say was pointless because she didn’t want to hear it. It would appear this place is more concerned about making their pockets fatter quickly, instead of making loyal customers. Most of the folks that work here (not all, there were some that were friendly and helpful) seemed like they thought they were better than everyone and you were beneath them since you don’t know everything there is to know about vaping. Read moreWhen this store first opened they were really good. But my last 2 visits have been less than good experiences. I went in one day and it took forever for someone to help me they just kept helping and talking to people who looked to be people that are constantly in there by the way they were talking. Seems like if you are not a regular you get less attention and less than good customer service. I wanted to know more about the Rebuild-able RDAs and the person there said they were all the same just depends on the look you want. Which I know is wrong! I've also asked what the penguin cartridge was because I never seen them and instead of telling me what it's used for and what not he just told me the name of it. I will be looking for a new store to go to for my vape needs. I will prob also take and suggest my friends to go to another place too. You need to improve your customer service a lot. Also the house blend they gave me was wrong as i have had it before and tasted nothing like it did...
