Worst customer service ever! Purchased large quantity of led lamps for a job. Box stated to last 60,000 hr or over 6 years. Bulbs started to fail in less then a year. They replaced a few but after that said I would need to contact manufacturer and would not help me any more.Could have replaced with different brand as they said they have had problems with that brand. But rather just wash their hands of the issue. I have spent thousands of dollars with them....

This is a good old boys store that allows certain people/companies privileges but not others. Price gouging is a common practice. If you are getting the “contractor discount” you are paying 200% more than a normal walk...
