Use to be amazing but they have a different manager and new employees that are incredibly rude. We showed up early for a new drop and nothing was put out properly everything was in bags on the floor or in boxes on the floor. We carefully looking through them just like everyone else and some how they only told us to not do that and to ask for something even though all of the things should have been put up before then. We got what we wanted and were paying at the register we asked to keep tags on our stuff and they cut them off anyway and we were like oh we wanted them on and she was like “well I can just put them in the box they don’t really need to be on anyway” well she didn’t even put them in the box we had to go back and get them. We asked another employee to get them for us because we thought they got thrown away. She had a fit about getting them out of the trash. I would have happily gotten them if had the option considering that it was just paper in there nothing dirty. Had to ask another employee to get them thankfully they were nice unlike the other two lady’s. Left went home the next day realized I never got my gift cards. Had to go back up there and ask for them. Was told after we left the first time they were set aside for us even though when we went back for the tags they didn’t mention that they forgot to give us our already paid for gift cards. She then told us they were put in the safe and proceeded to look in the safe for them with no luck of finding them. In my opinion a little sketchy. They never found my original gift cards. And had to give me new ones. Also refused to give me a receipt for the new gift cards. If the owner sees this i didn’t get their names because they weren’t wearing name tags (even though im pretty sure they are supposed too. wonder why) i would watch out for those two employees there’s definitely something off there and i think its a high possibility that they stole my gift cards considering that i called build a bear help line and they said that my og gift cards were spent. Ps. I think the person that checked us out was the new manager poc lady Also other employee was wht with green in hair. Won’t be going back there because can no longer trust not to...
Read moreThe Mall is very beautiful and has stores with very interesting offers. However, I must say that in the Sears store, they had women's sandals on offer with a 9.99 offer. When I went to pay at the cashier, they wanted to charge me more than 20 dollars. Unfortunately the cashier was not friendly at all and it took me a long time to see where the shoes were. This lady really was not kind and bothered to have to charge me the right thing. Another situation was that during the walk, a security guard told me that it was forbidden to take photographs in the Mall to shops and shop windows. I honestly felt upset and I think that if so, there should be a sign at the entrance that indicates it. The photos I get for Google Map are free advertising. They should know.
Read moreThis is my review about Diamond Galaxy. Bought two gold rope necklaces from this place and was told by Jay that they come with a lifetime warranty that covered any breaks or color change. They began unraveling within a week and eventually broke apart. Attempted to have both necklaces repaired and was told I would have to pay $60 to repair them by Ali. That’s about 3/4 of what I paid for each actual necklace. Also, Ali stated that it was not his fault that my kids broke my necklace. (Completely random statement by the way.) Asked Ali if he was insinuating that my kids broke my necklace. He responded saying, that kids pull necklaces and break them. I responded to Ali by letting him know that this was bad business & a horrible response as a manager that should want to resolve an issue not escalate it. Ali just continued saying that he would not honor the warranty that Jay stated I would have if I came back and presented the card with the receipt. Ali and another lady working there actually laughed at me as I left the store. Ali had a completely different attitude with me than what he had the day that I purchased the necklaces. Overall, this company does not honor their warranty nor their word. Save yourself the hassle from any potential issues with this company and make your purchase from a more reputable jewelry store. In this situation, I got what I...
