After coming here several times just to unwind and feel pampered I realize that this place is not where to do it.
First off, I get over charged every time for dip on my natural nails. My basic dip on natural nails is always $50 or more each time, before tip!
They’re unprofessional and talk down on me and other customers the whole entire time when I’m there (in Vietnamese). I’m Vietnamese, I’m also in the beauty industry, and I like to just come in to a salon and just relax and have my Me-Time. Not come in to a salon to get talked down on me thinking I don’t understand what they are saying!!!!!
Not ever coming here again. Gave them too many chances that was not even worth it because they never do a throughly job and missing the sides of my nails to where it would always lift.
Update: the owner and one of the techs found me of fb. Messaged me stating that I got the wrong salon, denied the accusations, and basically to prove if I spoke Vietnamese. I’ve posted the receipt and a picture of my chipped dip that only lasted 3...
Read moreI have been to this nail shop twice. The first time I went I saw that it had pretty good ratings so I went and was very pleased by the service and how nice and friendly the staff was. The price of the pedicure was pretty standard, however I was charged $70 for a simple acrylic French set for my nails. When I asked why it was so expensive, I was told that the almond shape was extra. My nails are beautiful but I will never pay that much for a simple French acrylic set ever again when other nail shops and nail techs are charging $70 less than that. I think anyone could agree that that price is absolutely ridiculous and because of that I have chosen not to visit this...
Read moreUnfortunately, there was a significant language barrier with my nail tech. She was very polite though. My poor to fair rating is because this place didn't seem very clean. The tools used were well used. The last salon I visited made it a point to show you that they were using fresh tools, etc. The nail powder had clumps and chips of nail in it. The tech didn't ask what kind of polish I would like and used something similar to that shellac type polish that I don't really care for. While I was drying, she used the same nippers that she had used on me to clean her own fingers of the acrylic.
Also, the sign posted claimed $15. When I asked how much, I was told $15. However, when my card was run, the charge was for $16. I won't go back...
