Marquise Jewelers — Attraction in Fort Worth

We were shopping around for a wedding band for my fiance and went store to store to figure out what he liked, what fit best, and for the best price.

Marquise is special in that it doesn’t do advertisement like those bigger jeweler names like Kay Jewelers or Jared’s so they can offer lower prices for their jewelry since they don’t need to make up for the cost of ads. Their store also glows in this almost clinical white in an effort to lure shoppers in.

Myra was very helpful in explaining the different karats, material makeup, different sizes, different fits, and working with us on settling for a price. She was patient, knowledgeable, and personable.

Of all the stores we visited including a potential online store where we got my engagement ring, Marquise had the cheapest price for the type of ring we wanted.

At first we were skeptical of why might the price be so low and why this store has 5 stars on Google. But honestly we had a good experience working with Myra on what we wanted for a men’s wedding ring and they offered the best price for what looked similar to other stores but at the same time was heavy meaning we get more material versus a hollow...

The Hubby & I were in town for a concert. Decided to go to the mall to look around. We had been browsing other jewelers. When we walked in here. The gentleman were all welcoming. "Z" ended up helping us. He was very knowledgeable about the jewelry, spoke well, well put together & all around great customer service. I didn't feel any pressure or uneasiness. I ended up making a purchase, that I was very pleased about. The next morning we ended up going back in & making two more purchases. Another for myself & this time for the Hubby. 'Z" went out of his way to get us the best deal both times around, as well as doing his best to meet our needs since we were out of town & would be leaving later that day. Even helped us out with printing some documents we needed for our trip. While waiting we also had the opportunity to chat up another salesman by the name of Steve. Who was also laid back, professional & easy to talk to. We generally really had a comfortable time & are very pleased with our purchases. No regrets. I would definitely recommend this jeweler. They will work with you. Stop by & take a look for yourself....

We had initially stopped in just get my ring size but of course started looking at engagement rings and found one we really loved. Anu was our sales lady and we had told her from the start that we were just looking at different sizes/styles. She was very pushy and adamant on making a sale. We felt a little pressured because she had given us a “great deal”. We put the ring on “hold” with a $300 down payment. I asked Anu 3 separate times if we could get our money back if we decided not to come back and buy the ring and each time she said yes. We went to get the money back and of course it’s not their return policy to give money back even though she had told me that 3x. There was a guy salesman who was very rude and condescending, absolute trash. It felt like a scam from the beginning in there. I absolutely do not recommend it. They also mark their prices up high to make you believe you’re getting a great deal when they take 1,000-1,200 off the price....
