A lady by the name Anna did my nails today. I was unsatisfied cause she couldn’t listen to me. She did my cuticles, filled my nails and didn’t clean my nails after. I told her that my nails needed to be smoothened and cleaned to remove the whitish stuff on top. She refused to clean and smooth them out. My nails had the whitish stuff (powder looking) on top of nail and she just applied polish with all the white powder stuff on my nails. I had gel manicure done on my natural nails, but you can see the powder or whitish stuff under the polish, so unsatisfied with the service. I gave this place another chance but I am completely done with them Lolu is the worst and very rude and does not do what the customer wants. I have added a photo of today’s receipt to show that I actually gave this place another chance. They moved me from doing my pedicure to doing manicure before the nail polish dried up and Lauren that did my feet said ‘you should have been careful’ when she knows very well that she should have waited for my feet to dry before sending me go...

Stay far away. I got my nails done here for the first time and it’ll be the last. I should’ve known when the technician asked me if I wanted to get my natural nail dip filled-in instead of soaked off that she had the slightest level of knowledge in good nail keeping. She drilled my nail beds until a flame was lit. I told her it burned and she replied if you’d just got the fill in I wouldn’t be in pain. I started to get up and lit her aflame but I didn’t want any problems or further damage done to me. I felted like I was pressured to sit and take the disrespect. Once she’d finished screwing up my nails I explained everything that I needed to be corrected and to my surprise she attempted to satisfy me but she was lacking the skills to produce smoothly filed, even squared natural looking nails. So it was my first time there, i only went because my nail tech was out on july 3rd and the 4th was out!
