REI — Attraction in Four Corners States

Our family was so excited to have an REI in Prescott, it is one of our favorite stores that we have been long time members to, but unfortunately I and my family will NEVER shop at this store again!

The female manager who worked Monday evening was the most unprofessional, uneducated on the gear, and literally brought four other employees against our family instead of just providing the customer service I have come to expect from an REI. This was a very simple matter and could have been handled in a completely different fashion. We will continue to do the drive to the Flagstaff REI which has outstanding customer service and is knowledgeable on how to handle lifetime warranties. I went to REI on Friday Jan 19th (probably way too close to closing time) to try on a pair of Hokas I’d had my eye on as I’d heard they are good for high arches, and Scott was very helpful. He helped me find several pairs in the style I was looking at in different sizes and even brought out a different style he thought may help, as well as helping me find inserts.
