I am a Girl Scout leader and my troop goes to camp in Prescott as often as possible. We always make it a point to stop in to this specific location because the staff is AWESOME! Picture this, 6 vehicles pulling in at 7:30pm with 30 people, 24 of them between the ages of 11-17, all having to get their dinner after being stuck in the car for 3 hours. We do our best to have our orders together and make it easier for them, but...... Anyhow, not only is their food fabulous, their facility is sparkling clean, and the employees professional and so fast!, but they are patient, helpful and welcoming. We make sure everyone we speak to knows this is THE place to stop in on your way in to GS camp. Unfortunately, I never thought about praising on line-my bad-but I had to now due to a situation Friday night involving 2 rude and generally nasty customers that were there. Most folks give reviews on line to complain or voice their negative opinions, and after listening to this couple, I knew, due to all of their extremely loud and angry remarks, that they were going to 'report these people'. I have made it my mission to try and counter act their gross rudeness and overall horrible attitude. And they displayed all of this in front of the troops, which led to some great conversations on the way to camp! It seems one bad review can cancel out a dozen excellent reviews. I hope in this case that...
Read moreHave you ever figured out where any type of standardization is on the way that they add ingredients to the sandwiches. I typically order a footlong Italian BMT. One of the Subways I go to put almost double the amount of meat on it then the one in Alpine where I live. Many times they don't have enough staff to accommodate all the people ordering food and the wait can sometimes be over 10 minutes I'm standing in line to get a sandwich. Happily, though, every month I receive discount coupons so I can get any footlong sub for $5.99. If I don't have a coupon I typically order off their daily special menu where that footlong for that day is $5.99. In California if the food is to go and not heated then no tax should be charged. However, many of the subways charge tax on the sandwiches whether it's heated or not. Seems like a class action lawsuit just...
Read moreI have been to this subway multiple times and there is 2 young girls who work there and they are rude beyond belief!! They talk about guests to each other under their breath and roll their eyes when you ask for anything. They are extremely unprofessional and the worst customer service I have ever received. The final straw was hearing them talk about a guest who clearly had a learning disability, WHILE he was ordering his sandwhich. I don't want to give 1 star because there is a WONDERFUL young man who works there who is very sweet and makes the BEST sandwiches!! I will only be going there if I know he is working and I have already reached out to corporate and will continue to do so until something is...
