Urban Nail Bar LLC — Attraction in Four Corners States

This was my 3rd time here. First experience was not very great, but the owner stepped up and made it better. The 2nd time, it went well. Today was my 3rd time in and it was the worst experience in my 20 years of getting my nails done every 3 weeks. I walked in for a simple removal of my SNS nails, and just wanted a light pink coat put on. There was only 1 other customer there at 12.30pm. She had me soak off the nails for over 30 minutes. I could hear her in the back chatting away, never checking on me. Finally I had to ask where she was because I could see that all of the polish had been removed. Then she came out and tried to clean the nails, and made such a mess everywhere. Kept rubbing my nails with the towel and getting old, dried up polish all over my hands. It was the grossest experience. Anyway, I could go on with everything else that went wrong (there was a lot) at this appointment, but I will let the pictures do the talking.

This hidden gem is a little tucked away in a shopping complex however easy to find as soon as you exit off the freeway. As soon as you get parked, you will see a very well established nail salon whith big clean clear windows. As you enter the business, you are greeted with warm welcomes by the employees in there who were really friendly. First thing you would notice is how neat and tidy the place is maintained. The interior design in there is just simply stunning and classy. Lighting is perfect and well lit, just enough to see their work clearly and pay detail attention to their work. They definitely have every option on their nail menu at really good prices and not only do they do manicures and pedicures but also eye brow waxing and such. It is most definitely a Must visit nail salon to get pampered on a day off or to be prepared for a special ocassion or just for a weekend. I assure, They will...

Just went there with a gift card that was purchased same location, same address same phone number on the business card. They did not honor my gift card saying that they took new ownership of this nail salon. I’ve never run into a company that buys another company and does not honor previous gift cards and gift certificates that might’ve been purchased. I just warn people not to buy any gift cards or anything from this place. They do not honor it they are totally different ownership. They said and disregarded me and sent me on my way. Told me to call the credit card and dispute the charges. I just believe I just lost my $50 gift card to a company that doesn’t honor what they bought from the previous owners.
