I love Starbucks. I usually never really have a problem. But this location seems to always have some issue. I work close to this one and it’s convient to go to this one. On several occasions, the wait time is 30 mins for a coffee MIN. I once went inside to order to avoid to horribly designed drive through and order. Another gentleman was in front of me waiting to order and a few people were standing by the pick up counter. It was a Sunday and was pretty busy but nothing insane. Two people in line at a time.. order.. and leave. So I ordered and sat down. I got my sandwich and waiting for my coffee. People who were in front of the gentleman and I got the coffees and left. And then a few more. And a few more.. it’s now been 25 mins. I get that some coffees are easier to make then others and it sometimes takes longer to get lattes and such.( I’ve worked in the coffee biz for YEARS) but this was insane. The guy waiting for his looks at me and asked if I was still waiting and I said yes and he turned to someone behind the counter and asked if his was being made. Come to find out they never even got our orders. So now we sat there another 15 and he eventually goes to get a refund and leaves. I waited another 10 and finally got mine. 50 MINS FOR A COFFEE. I said that was a little ridiculous and one birsta was condescending and said “well you know it could take 25 mins to make your drink”. This girl was in the window taking orders for drive tru and I wasn’t speaking to her at all. So I then told her that it was 50 MINS not 25 and she turned around and continued her job. The extremely sweet barista apologized several times and made my coffee and I went on my way.
Since then, I’ve go through the drive through only for the fear of being an hour late to work again and most of the time it’s okay. But now more than ever I’ve been getting my coffee and it’s missing the one ingredient that makes it good.. the flavor!! I get an americano.. it’s water and espresso with a flavor pump. HOW DO YOU ALWAYS FORGET IT?

Read moreIt took OVER THIRTY MINUTES to walk-in and still NOT get coffee here. We just canceled the order and gave up altogether. I recommend avoiding this place at absolutely all costs if you value your time. That's not a typo: thirty-freaking-minutes and STILL NO COFFEE!!! It's the first place I've EVER visited where the drive-through is faster than going into the store. So for a company that claims to be eco-friendly, it's kind of bizarre the way the whole outlet is run. (I watched the drive-through clear twice while waiting for my wife to get coffee. One coffee. And not a complex one, either.) I get there's a staffing shortage everywhere, but prioritizing to-go orders and drive-through over the people physically in the store is an absurd way to run a business. (I'm told it's because the to-go and in-store orders share a printer, but whatever the reason it's god-awful customer service.) They should sell t-shirts: "I survived, and finally got, coffee at the Foxboro Starbucks" -- but it'd probably take an hour to get that unless I...
Read moreLet me lead with this, I will change this rating once this location returns to the service level prior to their recent renovation and staff changes. As a daily customer to this location, the service took a nose dive recently. Familiar faces behind the counter are no longer there. This is the 'Replacements' except there's no Keanu Reeves shining a ray of hope to bring back normalcy to the service of days past.
Look, simply put, the wait times are out of hand, both drive thru and inside. Mobile orders are consistently served nearly 20mins past the expected time listed in the app. Even during off hours, there's no urgency.
Two things are needed. Staff needs to move much faster and more attentive. Secondly, Mansfield needs another Starbucks location. It's growing here, this location can't keep up.
