A beautiful, albeit windy opening to the 2024 season! The market is downtown in a park with one street block blocked off and remaining vendors along the sidewalk. Arrived around 11:15, a bit late to enjoy a full selection of fresh mushrooms, green onions, asparagus, cut flowers and bread. FB site advertises 30 vendors, but about 20 remaining at our late arrival. Parking a bit tricky unless you have a residential parking permit, but with patience and 5 mins or so, it's doable - a few disabled spots available. Plenty of potted herbs, cut herbs, flower baskets, honey, grass-fed meats, sweets and pastries, fresh lemonades, kambucha, canned items, fermented/pickled items. The potted herbs, flowers and vegetables (including patio varieties) were gorgeous from two or three of the vendors - nothing close to it at HD or Lowes. Fried foods, kettle and specialty popcorn, desserts and drinks available for your stroll past the fountain and tulips. Wanting something healthier and more substantial, we walked to the end of the block to Sedona Taphouse but many more restaurant options available in the newish developments adjacent.

I sort of posted a similar review on the park location. This is a nicely laid out farmers market. Some parts are tighter to maneuver through with strollers and dogs. Starts nice and early. Breakfast booth was available. Most vendors prefer cash but cc was accepted. A good variety to choose from anything from flowers, eggs, meats, veggies, breads, mushrooms, honey and more. Check it out.

Saturday mornings, tents go up around Hurkamp Park, for locally grown produce, unique crafts, and assorted goods. Shoutout to three vendors I met on Saturday, July 4th weekend learned part of their story: 1. The Healing Face, natural skincare products. 2. Mark Parmelee, Artist - watercolor originals. 3. Gracebabyco: pacifier clips, teethers , and keychains.

Many vendors featuring produce, bread, flavored popcorn, pickles, knife sharpening, and soap. Adjacent Hurcamp Park boasts public restrooms and vendors selling a variety of homemade products. Some visitor's (leashed) canines are aggressive toward other canines.
