I can’t say enough good things about Woof Houze and the incredible care they provide. From the moment we walk in, the owner, Adia, and her team make us feel like family. They genuinely care about my dog, Purple, just as much as I do. She gets so excited when we pull up to the play care center, which tells me everything I need to know about how much she enjoys her time there.
Woof Houze’s play care curriculum is unmatched. The socialization, enrichment activities, and training Purple receives during the day leave her happily exhausted. I’ve looked into other daycares in the area, and nothing compares to the level of engagement and attention Woof Houze provides.
Safety and security are top priorities here. The staff follows strict protocols consistently, giving me peace of mind that Purple is in good hands. It’s clear that everyone on Adia’s team takes immense pride in doing right by the dogs in their care. They don’t cut corners, and they’re fully dedicated to the well-being of every pup.
Purple has also done private training with Woof Houze, and I know it was worth every penny. The knowledge, dedication, and insight that Adia and her team bring to their training are remarkable. They don’t just focus on obedience; they understand dogs from a scientific and instinctual perspective, from nutrition to natural behaviors. I loved that whatever Purple needed during her trainings we were able to address and work on even down to helping her out with her nutrition, which in turn helped her out with her allergies. Purple went from a scared dog out in public to a confident, and curious dog in such a short time. They honor a dog’s nature rather than trying to suppress it, and Purple has become a more balanced, happy dog because of it. I also love that they do not use any type of harmful devices or tactics in order to train your dog so they receive correction and positive reinforcement versus shock collars and other hurtful training methods.
The Woof Houze facility is state-of-the-art. From the sanitary outdoor turf to the pool where Purple can swim, they’ve spared no expense in creating the ultimate experience for dogs. The love and care Purple receives from everyone there truly makes this place special.
If, like me, you’re hesitant to trust just anyone with your pup, I can’t recommend Woof Houze highly enough. They treat your dog like family, and I would recommend them 1,000 times over. This isn’t just a business to them—it’s their passion, and it shows in every aspect. Thank you, Woof Houze, for everything you’ve done for Purple and me! We are so grateful to have...
Read moreAdia is a phenomenal dog trainer! I met Adia at the Fredericksburg Pet show when my Lab (Ace) was four months. Ace was a puller, and he was out of control. I took him over to her booth, and I was amazed at how she calmed him down. She just looked at him and spoke in a very soft voice, and he responded – I was so impressed. Woof Houze was the last booth I visited before leaving the pet show, and I am so grateful I stopped. Adia invited us to bring Ace to a puppy socialization session the following week. We decided to take Ace to the puppy socialization session the following week. It was the best decision I could have made at that time. I was so impressed with the Woof Houze facility and the professionalism of the staff. Woof Houze is more than a training facility; it is a place you can call home for your canine. The environment is very relaxing, and there are no distractions during the private training sessions.
Adia truly has a passion for her canines, and it resonates every time you are in her presence. Her unique style of training involves the whole family. At the beginning of our first training sessions, I was very timid and lacked confidence. Adia was very observant and made sure I was comfortable before going further. Adia provided a training report with homework after every session, which was very helpful for me to reinforce our training. Ace’s behavior and pulling have improved drastically from the start of our training sessions. Our walks are so much better, and Ace is more responsive. Ace is eight (8) months now, and we have finished our initial training program. Our experience with Adia and Woof Houze was exceptional, and we will continue to be part of the Woof Houze family. Adia and the staff at Woof Houze are very dependable and responsive to the needs of their clients.
Lastly, I highly recommend Woof Houze training to anyone seeking professional dog training. It is an incredible feeling when you walk into a facility and are greeted by professionals who enjoy what they do. Adia is committed and dedicated to making sure you, as the dog owner, have a positive experience...
Read moreAdia and Woof Houze have been absolutely life changing. Me and my wife rescued two cattle dogs and if you know anything about the breed, they are a handful. They're incredibly energetic and smart, but can have very aggressive tendencies. When we got them, they were completely untrained and unfortunately, this caused a host of issues. Willow was incredibly reactive and you could not even pet her for very long before she tried to nip you. Going on walks was terrifying because if a passerby walked to close she tried to nip at them. We couldn't even have friends or family over because she would act aggressively towards anyone that wasn't me or my wife (mostly my wife honestly). It broke my heart because I could see she was just very afraid was a very sweet and loving girl when she was calm. As for the other dog, Wynonna, she was not as bad as Willow, but as the younger dog she was begining to take cues from her. I knew that if we didn't do something to help Willow, Wynonna would also turn into a big problem.
Then we found Woof Houze and Adia. Adia was amazing from the start. Our first meeting with her was an incredibly informative one and showed Adia to be not only extremely knowledgeable, but patient and kind towards the dogs and us. Once on the program, she walked us us through step by step what needed to be done and exactly how to do it. Adia always keeps it real about what is needed from you, the parent, but doesn't overwhelm you with information or demean you for not knowing. Her passion for helping dogs and their people really shows in the end result. Our dogs are almost completely different in the best way. Before, it was hard to be with Willow without being afraid she was going to injure someone or Wynonna. Now, all my friends can come and visit without any fear and Willow is able to relax. Wynonna is getting more confident by the day and playing more and more where as before she would just cower. I cannot be more proud of my pups journey and I have Adia to thank.
10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs help...
