The receipt shows I was charged the original price the items that were part of a TAKE ANADDITIONAL 50% OFF promotion. The discount price was not applied at the checkout. I was be told that the discount price was applied at the receipt with 8% more off which was not correct with the discount price they listed. I feel like they are misleading the customers. I was contacting a lady on line. She was off line without confirming anything need to assist. Also, I was typing a new message. I would said the customer services have poor patience.

My husband and I both needed our jackets repaired. We stood at the repair desk for 10-15 minutes and at least 5 associates saw us standing there, yes, we made eye contact. Not a single person came over or offered to assist. We finally gave up and walked out sans repairs and without shopping bags because we were frustrated. Friday, May 23, 2025 around noon. Very poor service indeed for Patagonia regulars.

Big disappointment. The store is lit up bright and after braving the cold rain, a sign of closure until January 2nd. No after Christmas shopping for potential deals on what is normally out of reach expensive items. Bummer. No outlet shopping for those visiting Maine.

Great prices and a friendly, knowledgeable staff that is willing to help and look for an item for you, even if it is not in the physical store. Been coming up Portland, ME from Jersey last five years for getaways and this place has always been a must for us. We get lucky some years and not so much others!

R/e other posts, they probably not picking up phone because they are busy in the store. I have witnessed how crazy it can be numerous times. As for selection, it is an outlet and sometimes, they just do not have what you want discounted, just have to pay full price if you want it that bad.

Go in there with an open mind, and if lucky enough when they have a 40/50% sale, I am sure you won’t be...

My trip to the Freeport Patagonia outlet was the highlight of my day. I came in with a super beat-up black hole backpack and a similarly decrepit down sweater. I was hoping they could fix them, but I was afraid they were unsalvageable. I was right— both items were beyond repair. HOWEVER— I hadn’t considered the “ironclad guarantee!” I left with a beautiful brand-new backpack and almost $300 in store credit for the down sweater. And I didn’t spend a dime. The clerk who helped me, David, was amazingly knowledgeable about the company’s gear repair and recycling programs, and i was thrilled to learn that they would handle recycling my worn-out items. I also appreciated his particular brand...

Tried to enter Patagonia Outlet store in Freeport on Sunday, January 3rd, 2021. Was surprised to see the door closed and the store representative not allowing to enter the store until you book an appointment. But, the wait list is ONE WEEK! Are you serious, guys?? There were three people in the store and no one waiting outside. Why do you guys restrict the access to the store? Yes, it's COVID, but all other store are open and are operating as usual. The appointment time in the store they told me is 90 minutes, which is ridiculous! Well, if you as a business restrict the access to the general public, I choose not to be your customer ever! I wonder how your business is even alive...
