Great prices and a friendly, knowledgeable staff that is willing to help and look for an item for you, even if it is not in the physical store. Been coming up Portland, ME from Jersey last five years for getaways and this place has always been a must for us. We get lucky some years and not so much others!
R/e other posts, they probably not picking up phone because they are busy in the store. I have witnessed how crazy it can be numerous times. As for selection, it is an outlet and sometimes, they just do not have what you want discounted, just have to pay full price if you want it that bad.

I was hoping they could fix them, but I was afraid they were unsalvageable. I was right— both items were beyond repair. Was surprised to see the door closed and the store representative not allowing to enter the store until you book an appointment. But, the wait list is ONE WEEK! Are you serious, guys?? There were three people in the store and no one waiting outside. Why do you guys restrict the access to the store? Yes, it's COVID, but all other store are open and are operating as usual. The appointment time in the store they told me is 90 minutes, which is ridiculous! Well, if you as a business restrict the access to the general public, I choose not to be your customer ever!
