I always have a great experience at this store. I was in today and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful! What stood out most was when I (stupidly) left my newly purchased item outside on a bench and drove home. Someone found it and kindly brought it back to the store. The employee looked up my order, called me, and then shipped it to me free of charge since I was visiting Freeport and already driving back home. Worst experience! I picked out a few items and stood at the register as THREE different workers walked by and said nothing. They didn't even look me in the eye. Why did they think I was standing at the register with clothes? Maybe to buy them? Have fun putting them back on the rack because clearly none of you work on...

Love this jcrew outlet! Great selection of women's, men's and crewcuts/kids. All the jcrew basics, as well as their line made especially for their outlasts. Always has great sales and fairly well stocked clearance section. The staff is really helpful...
