BOY OH BOY AM I STOKED TO WRITE THIS REVIEW.

I've been going here since I first got my car. I've got a total of three brake jobs done and one exhaust job. But this is the third strike with this business and they will no longer have my business.

The 1st strike was when I got my brakes replaced, found out they didn't replace with OEM pads, but charged me for OEM. I found this out because when paying the dude up front said, "whoever put your pads on last time, put low quality brake pads, we put OEM on for you this time". Guess where I got the replacement done, here. Guess who didn't believe me, them.

The 2nd strike was when I got an exhaust done, horrible welding work. Clumps of metal and sharp points everywhere. Never confronted them about this, because the car sounds like, but the job is trash.

The 3rd strike is why I'm writing this review. I scheduled an appointment at 11:30am because I had a very busy day in front of me. Dropped off the car and was told they'll let me know what needs to be replaced by the hour. Never got a follow up call within the hour. Followed up after two hours, they still don't know what's wrong with my brake squeal yet. After three hours, they told me my front brakes need to be replaced. Sure, please proceed with the repair. I get back and after I give them my card, I enter my pin and pay, they tell me, "whoever did your brake job last time, forgot brake pad shims. Safety wise is fine, but the noise might occur again in the future". Guess who did the brake job for the LIFE OF MY CAR, THIS BUSINESS. They told me to find the receipt from 1 and 1/2 years ago and they'll cover it. They should wish I found the receipt, because I wouldn't be writing this review.

I love supporting local businesses I really do, but this is the last straw. Hold your business accountable and take care of your returning customers. Don't BS me multiple times. I'm over this business and I'm going to do everything I can to stray potential customers away. Thanks for wasting my time, scamming me prior, and for losing parts of my car.

Oh yeah, where's my damn wheel lock that I left in the cup holder. Can't find it...

I have had some service done here in the past and they seemed honest and fair.

So I brought my car in for a brake job. I called in the afternoon and they said my car is ready for pick up. I picked up the car and they handed me an 813.00$ bill for new brakes, rotors, pads. They NEVER told me, called me or asked my permission or gave me an estimate or anything. They just went ahead and did it without my permission. This is against the law. The bill was not itemized and the lady was watching to see what I would say. I was in shock so she said, free lifetime pads.Why would I ever come back to this unethical mechanic ??

I was 60 miles out of town late on a Friday. My newer late model Infiniti developed a miss. 7 in a row wanted $200 for diagnosis and it's getting late so leave the car overnight. Guarantee reputation must have been apparent, another neighborhood repair shop owner called guarantee and ask them if they can check my car out and help me, and they would stay open late. They said bring it down. Not an easy diagnosis, they found a single-cylinder igniter failed. It cost 80 bucks and they charged me 149 in total. The best repair experience I ever had!!! Now I'm towing my cars from Oakley and Brentwood. I'm on my third car getting the same treatment. Now I won't go...
