Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Fremont

I'm upset writing this because I have never left a review before but this was just awful and left me with possible food poisoning. I ordered a boba drink, brownie and salad today and literally all three were terrible. Being respectful as I can, the drink itself was extremely watered down and a very odd dark brown color when this drink is normally a beige, the boba pearls were rock solid I only got two sips of this before I ultimately had to give it up because of the taste. This was my first time ordering the brownie and it was also stone cold? I assumed it would have been hot and figured it was my mistake until I saw the packing and it read "caution, this may be hot". I've been a patron of this Jack in the Box for almost 10 years. It used to be reliable for the late night food run. I would be served at any hour and never once heard the excuses I have been getting for the past 2 months.

Lately however, this Jack in the Box has an excuse as to why they can not serve me "System is Down" "The fryer is broken" "I am the only one here" "The kitchen did not show up" etc.

It is supposed to be a 24hour drive thru and the light is on when I pull in.

I have tried this place at different hours to try and get something to eat between midnight and 6am. I have been doing this for about 2 months now. I've been ordering from this location after midnight hours each time whenever I'm hungry and I've never had any problems. However, yesterday on 9/27/2020 at 3:37AM, I had an unpleasant experience.

I have ordered food for two persons (myself included). No complaints for most items except for my drink after I've arrived home to eat. I have ordered an unsweet ice tea for the drink of my "Munchie Meal" order and the tea tasted gross. It tasted like dish washing liquid or other cleaning agents.
